I do not know what it is called in japanese and what would be a word by word translation, but here in germany this technique was called 'Todesbuckel' which translates to 'death's hump' in english. That is a reference to a cat's arched back, because he is arching his back too when he prepares to attack. At least I hope 'hump' is the correct english word, I needed to look that one up in a dictionary and found multiple translations :D
