It's a bit late but just my own 2 cents to what you wrote. I agreed that they felt weaker than daki and gyutaro (for how far they pushed our heroes). Rui however was oneshot by Gyu so I don't get why you think he would win against the two here. And on the case of Akasa, he is not a swordsman. I think it's unfair to discredit him just because he fights with what he has. I do however agree that this season was the weakest so far.

It only had 11 episodes and the demons were really weak compared to season 2's demons. Actually, Rui, from season 1's spider-monster fake-family arc (I don't know what it should really be called lol), would have destroyed these upper moon demons in about ten seconds they were so weak. The most disappointing thing in the series as a whole has been how weak the demons are; how poor their fighting skills are, considering how old some of them are. Akaza has been in the top 6 of all the demons for at least 113 years, but look at how many time Kyoujurou hit him with a strike that would have killed another human. The only thing demons have going for them is their regenerative ability. Akaza, who's had at least 113 years of sword-fighting experience under his belt, without his regenerative capabilities, would have been killed 10 times over before he landed a fatal strike on our flame hashira hero. 113 years to practice and he sucks in camparison to a human who I'm guessing is about in his mid-twenties. The demons really need to step it up from now on cos I'm starting to feel sorry for them before we've even see their tragic back stories at this point lol Having said that, I genuinely love the series. It has enriched my life and brought positive benefits I hesitate to describe. My life is honestly better for my having watched this anime up to this point, and I can only think of one other television series I can say that of so it really is the highest praise I can give. Season 3 was a disappointment but it still had many great moments and contained truly meaningful themes with as much profundity as I could hope for from a tv show. It was just disappointing to me because the main points it made I already knew from life experience (not because I'm wise, just because I'm old lol) and the main, huge plot point was Nezuko being safe in the sun, which I'd worked out at the beginning of the Infinity Train arc. I was just glad they'd finally revealed it in the show and so I missed out on the big emotional roller-coaster Kiss went through at the end there (she's so adorable lol), but that's why I love watching your reactions so much: I got to see the impact of that big moment through someone else's eyes and now that means so much more to me than it did when I watched it alone. That alone is priceless, so when I say, "Thank you," I really mean it from the bottom of my heart. Main positive from season 3: I'm completely in love with Kanroji Mitsuri <3 lol

I didn't think that was Nezuko. i thought it was one of the other guys or Genya the half demon breed. only until one of the guys pointed out towards something with his fingers. then i realize It was nezuko.

As an Manga Reader i can tell the next season is going to answer some questions maybe. Also what i have to say. Forget every fight you saw until now and everything that happend. The next season are going to be so fucking insane that it will tell anime history in terms of Animation. Mark my words

One more thing that came to my mind, but forgot earlier, is that as per Rengokus dad, Tanjiro is a chosen wielder of sun breathing the original breathing style of which others are 'cheap' copies. That should mean that Tanjiro should be able to do all other breathing styles if he needs to. Thats why he could do Thunder breathing thunderclap and Water breathing we already know. Maybe Manga readers can confirm, but don't if it contains extra info. 2. I think Demon's life history is a Tanjiro exclusive thing. Anyone else kills the demon, we don't get to see the history. 3. The Fire God worship dance Hinokami Kagura might have given special boon to Nezuko. Onto the next season with everyone.
