The woman was suddenly surprised by his change of attitude, but she quickly acted in the same way she acted at first.

“Because I’m currently filming right now…You know it, right? I’m a YouTuber and—” She couldn’t finish because Andy suddenly started to laugh.

“Oh right, I saw a few of the videos where your father Corey Matthews appears,“ Andy suddenly grabbed his phone and searched her channel. ”What!? I think you should retire, I can’t believe you have almost one million subscribers and you barely get ten thousand views per video, that’s such a disaster!” Andy laughed.

He knew he had gone too far, after all, he wanted to partner with her to make music and now he was making an enemy that could become powerful in the entertainment industry if she wanted to use her parents' influence, he was more worried about her mother than her father due to her huge TV audience, it was such a strange situation, usually a man fears the father more than the mother.

The woman was blushing and she was ready to scream at Andy and it didn’t take too long for her to forget about her assistant and suddenly, she started to say some awful things to Andy, she even said some racist words even though the two of them were pale as fuck, it seems like she plays online shooters, so, he was used to that kind of language even though he has never used it.

“Besides…Why am I even listening to you? I may be struggling lately to get views but you have to be at the top first before you fall and I’m sure someone like you is nothing but a nepo-baby riding on your parents' wealth and that’s why you live here, right?” She said in a mocking tone.

Andy couldn’t help but laugh in his mind, she was truly projecting herself on him, she was the one who was taking advantage of her parents' wealth, after all, NFL players earn a lot of money, that's the case especially the ones like her father, the top players are on another level.

“Not at all…I'm just a former classical music performer…I’ve been touring and performing classical music since I was six and now that I’m finally free from my freeloader parents I decided to move here as I get ready to take the next step in my musical career,” Andy said completely lying.

“I don’t believe you, it’s clear you’re nothing but a liar,” the young woman mocked him.

Andy pretended to be offended and he was about to tell but then, he decided to change his mind and do something better, he was getting ready to take the next step to get the partnership he wanted, he was doing all this for creative reasons.

“Wait a minute…” Andy suddenly said as he started to play her cover of ‘Going Under’ by Evanescence. “That’s not bad, you have a good voice,” Andy said with a fake tone.

He was waiting for her to tell him to fuck off, after all, he had screwed and ruined the possible friendship he could get with the vocalist, it seems like he needed to prepare better for these kinds of situations, he needs to train for situations like this, the last thing he wanted was to make someone angry in the entertainment industry.

“Is that really your voice or it’s edited?” He asked and her proud smile quickly disappeared and she had an offended expression right now.

But instead of answering his question, she started to sing some songs from famous artists like Adele, Michael Jackson, Taylor Swift and she finished with Billie Eilish.

“Happy?” She asked in an arrogant tone.

“No,” Andy said in a serious tone.

The blonde woman was about to explode and tell him to fuck off, she was tired of dealing with someone she considered irrelevant, yes, she was aware that there were some prodigious kids in the music industry, but they were irrelevant compared to the level of fame of her parents, and as their daughter, she was entitled to be above anyone else, in fact, she felt like she deserved to top the Billboard charts and not the people who currently do it.

“I’m not going to be happy until you let me work with you,” Andy suddenly said surprising the young woman.

“W-What?” She asked with a raised brow.

“You heard me, don't pretend you did not…I want to work with you, I want to make music with you I think you have potential, your voice is good,” Andy was being honest right now.

“Forget about it…The last cover I uploaded got less than five thousand views, it’s clear that my public doesn’t think the same as you do and there’s no point in me wasting time doing something that doesn’t bring numbers,” the young woman rolled her eyes.

“Music will always get low views compared to the content your fans are used to, but having close to five thousand streams at the start is not bad, You did an English cover of an anime opening, right? Well, it seems like you have reached more than thirty thousand views,” Andy told her with a smirk.

She suddenly took a look at his phone, yes, she enjoyed making music and singing, she had been trained like that since she was young, but it had been more like a hobby than anything else for her, due to her father’s mentality to only pursue the things that can bring you success, she has felt insecure about her vocal skills.

“Right now you don’t have the skills to top billboard charts and that’s normal when you start, but…If you don’t try, you will never know how much you’re capable of and how far you can go,” Andy said with a calm tone.

He suddenly closed YouTube and searched around his personal music library and then, he started to play an instrumental piece of music, the young woman was a little confused but interested as the music sounded kind of similar to the Japanese and Korean pop music she usually listens to.

Andy planned to show her this piece for a reason, he realized that most of the covers she had made, a lot of them were anime openings, and he, being a music producer inspired by Japanese electronic music, he knew that at some point, the two styles of music from the same country were meant to coincide, and it seems like he succeeded in that wish because the woman looked interested.

“What’s that song? It’s beautiful, I can already imagine myself singing it,” she said in a happy tone.

“That’s a song I composed a few weeks ago, I was trying so hard to find a vocalist but none of them were worthy of it, and you…You sound perfect for the job, so, if you’re interested, don't hesitate to call me,” Andy suddenly handed her a business card he printed from his computer.

The card had his number, address, full name, and occupation.

“Well, I better leave you, it seems like you still have lots to film, so, see you later!” Andy told her and soon, he was already walking away from her.

The woman was standing with a shocked expression as she saw the man disappearing on the horizon, meanwhile, Andy was about to collapse due to the nervousness he was experiencing, yes, things turned out to be in the way he wanted them to be, however, the process wasn't the same that he planned, but in the end, he sighed relieved that things turned out good in the end.
