Biological. The actor definitely seems older than 8… but I don’t think we are supposed to look that deep into it. I don’t see how they possibly could have adopted or kidnapped a baby while on the run like this.

I don't think he's her biological child; she's too uncomfortable laying next to him when he's scared. And the way she tries to pawn him off onto Barry makes John seem like a puppy that Barry *insisted* they get, and *promised* to take care of.

I don't think he's their biological kid. It's possible but the actor is definitely older than 8. However, stealing a kid seems weird for two people trying to flee and stay under the radar.

I do think it’s theirs for the singular reason when Clark said go hide in the bathtub the kid felt immediately secure with Emily and staying all night with her thus feeling like they done this before.

I hadn't even considered it until I saw this poll but unless they somehow stole a baby I don't know how else they could have gotten him because there's no way they could have adopted him without getting caught
