I think he enjoyed the feeling of killing her and has been trying to recreate that same scenario ever since that will give him the same enjoyment he felt that night

I wrestled for 4 years and had to learn just how brutal thing have to be before the ref stops a match. Blatantly illegal moves, injury, or preventing serious injury are the only times matches have been stopped that wasn't a pinfall. Elbows are also pretty common to break too i saw 2 break in my time among other injuries.
