I put together this Hit & Run custom for Assembly Required. Everything here (except the gun) was the first test print. I’m going to make one change to the bag but the rest is ready to go. I’ll have these ready for you to download with the “Claymore” stuff in a few days.
Rock’n Roll V2 is just about there, I decided to swap torsos with a Televiper for the collard shirt. I will still post the shirt version but I have to redo the straps for the shirtless version. ...

I made a custom Claymore figure based on the Special Mission Brazil Toys R Us exclusive from back in the day. I hit it off with his creator Michael C. Hill at JOELANTA a month ago and made this for him.
The Footloose helmet and retro-Televiper vest will be posted here for you later this week or next week.

Code Name: IOWA is putting on the 2025 Assembly Required G.I.JOE Convention next weekend in Des Moines Iowa. I dont mind telling you that this is my single favorite G.I.JOE Con to go to. In addition to doing some digital sculpting for the custom class I will be there with some 3D prints to sell and I will be scanning folks heads for custom action figures.
I'm real busy getting ready for the con and plan to show off a few customs that I have done. The files for these will be made availa...

Here are the files for customizing your WWE Wrekkin Rampage Rig into the Porkchop Express as seen in the John Carpenter classic "Big Trouble in Little China". This is a bit more advanced than most things I put out there because it requires you to saw the Wrekkin Rig in half if you want to use the extended sleeper cab. Proceed at your own risk.
Some files, like the air filter and exhaust stack need to be mirrored.
I'll post some detail pics to help you out soon. Mine didn't exac...

I just returned from JOELANTA. I had a great time. Somehow Duluth/Northeast Atlanta managed to dodge the weather. A lot of other folks weren't so lucky.
I'll have these files up for you later this week. This is a bit advanced if you plan to do the whole mod, it requires you to saw the Wrekkin Rig in half and use a significant amount of glue/epoxy. I'll try to put together some instructions.
This kit includes files for: the grill, headlights, sleeper cab, trailer hitch, exhaust s...

Pictured is my updated exhaust stack for the Wrekkin Rig/Porkchop Express. The peg that snaps into the cab turned out to be about 3mm to low. I've made some adjustments and the next print will probably go tomorrow.

This is coming along nicely. I haven't had to reprint anything big yet. Thats a huge win in my book. I'm still nervous about how the frame extension will hold after I glue it. I considered running a metal rod thru the whole thing but I think thats going to far. This should be a simple as possible.

This back burner project got a little steam this week. After the Porkchop Express custom I finished back in Jan of 2023 I was a bit disappointed. Ultimately the Wrekkin Rig is a kids toy with proportions that are nowhere close to a real scale semi. To overcome this I created an extension to insert after you cut the truck in half. Its a bit much, and the plastic the truck is cast in is cheap so this whole thing may not even work. Its going to depend on copious amounts of epoxy.
I have a...

I did this in May of last year. I had planned to sell them but found that the lid had a tendency to warp a little and I basically abandoned it. Could be I just over/unevenly cured them or didn't get paint on them soon enough to protect them from unwanted UV. Anyhoo, here you go! ENJOY!

Hey! Just a little sneak peak of one of my projects. I did a 3D design of Rock 'n Roll V2's Gatling guns/ammo pack/ammo belts very early on, early 2021 I think. I didn't have the original items in hand at the time and actually 3D designed the entire thing in Tinkercad. It wasn't bad but was a huge pain in the ass to produce. I was never happy with the material I was using for the ammo belts and shelved the whole thing for quite a while.
Now I'm redesigning it from the ground up in Fusi...

Sorry for the delay on this one, things have been hectic around here with the end of summer and kids heading back to school.
I'm proud of this one. This was an evolution of design for me and I went through a number of different versions before arriving at this final product.
The trick to this print is that the harness that holds the figure in place must be a TPU or TPU-Like resin/Filament. Having significant flex is key to this working. The ones I sold on my Etsy store were ca...

Sooooo.... Patreon has a max file size for uploads of 200 MB. Even though my compressed folder with ALL the files is only 160,107 KB, Patreon wont accept the upload. It basically times out. Super frustrating. I have multiple unanswered trouble tickets in. Basically I need to just keep trying until it eventually works so please be patient with me. The hollow and solid bag files still need to be uploaded.

I have a big question for you. Which muzzle flashes do you prefer? The Action Force muzzle flashes from Valaverse (many of which I designed) or the G.I.JOE Classified muzzle flashes from Hasbro? The size difference seems like not much but the .2 millimeters is the difference between too tight to fit and so loose that it falls out. I have been designing with the AF flashes in mind. They were around first and are readily available.

Test prints of the Shockwave kit turned out nice. I still want to print the peg plate in F69 but I think the files are probably ready for you. I'll do a solid pack again for the FDM folks.
Please let me know what you think! Feedback is very appreciated. Everything is based on the original toy accessories. Obviously I updated the sheath for the knife.
I've inserted the backpack peg into the figure...

This is our first time working with decimated files. Roll.stl was almost a gig before I decimated it so it was necessary to bring that file size down drastically in order for me to upload it to Patreon.
Roll.stl and BagBottom.stl go together. These are the hollowed out files I resin print and sell on Etsy.
Bag.stl is one solid piece if that suits your fancy or you are just an FDM printer.
Thanks again for your patience!

A couple of you reminded me that I need to post the files for the Snow Serpent pack. I'm going to do my best to get that uploaded this afternoon. The long and the short of it is that because I sculpted it in zBrush and Dynameshed the hell out of it so I could do some fabric texture on the sleeping roll, the file is pretty big and the max file size I can post on Patreon requires me to decimate it down significantly.
The Shockwave set is just about done. I've finally gotten over my lack...

It turns out that there is a 200mb limit to what I can upload onto Patreon. The back pack is just above that after I zip it so I'm gonna have to decimate it down and then zip it. I will try to get that knocked out tomorrow.
