Whoa, buddy. You forget yourself. Naruto, the anime, suffers from what most Great epics in shounen suffer from today, especially SJ series. From Dragon Ball to Demon Slayer, similar issues within Naruto are also present. [SPOILERS] And the overwritten death of Choji and others were simply due to the fact Shippuden had not been thought of until after this arc blew the series up. [SPOILERS]. On the other hand... The pacing and overkill by flashback are UNBEARABLE at times and can ruin good arc points. But C'mon, Naruto is still Goat'd 😎
