My thoughts exactly about Diane! Lol. She bulked up AND grew at least 3ft taller π I think it might be a character we haven't met yet. But maybe we will meet them in the past somehow, before they became Passenger. And then later it's revealed to be them and we'll be like "whaaaaat?". Real timey wimey stuff, you know! Lol

It would also explain why they set up a connection between her and Dan so there can be some emotional tension when it is revealed to be Diane.
