I say he stays, I can see him about to leave and then turns back and decides to stay with Dreamer and the friends he feels happy and fulfilled with.

I like Brainy and the actor who plays him a lot, not just as my favorite comic relief character (who was also Winn, up until he left), but also as a character with a really compelling and impactful story arc. It would be a little bittersweet if he leaves, but since the show's ending, it makes all the more sense for him to leave at this time.
