Yes but he turned it down, the ring formed a psychic connection with him that’s hurting him a bit. Witch is y he’s in Gotham 2 c a neurosurgeon. Also he’s apparently going to be appearing on all the CW superhero shows.

He's also been through a lot, and there's no way he'll be gone, at least not for the rest of the season. So whether he's leaving now or later, I don't think he'll be gone permanently. Unless they kill him off. And if he is, then... Well, shit. Also, "Can you Dig it?" Heh, I miss Diggle.
