I’m not confident in this response but maybe it’s because he has to transfer the memories of the original Sarah Lance therefore who she is is a package deal whether he likes it or not?

If she’s a clone it doesn’t make sense plot wise and for Bishop’s motivations. Why wouldn’t he just make her more compliant like the Ava’s if she was a clone? The whole reason she’s there is because he wants her to train his new human race, makes no sense he’d clone her then give her free will to tell him to screw off.

I like the idea that it could all be a mind game, but i don’t really believe it will happen. Also I do think it was more of a transfer of consciousness, but I could understand both sides of your discussion. My initial instinct was in agreement with Aaron though, which ruined my night. (just kidding <3 )

I agree. It falls in line with his character perfectly. He’s highly manipulative. You can’t really believe anything he says. Not to mention I don’t know that they’d bring Sara all this way just to kill her and have her be a clone for the rest of the series.

Sarah in front of the Body is the real one. He tricked her. He healed her when he saved her - Scars included, made another Clone with the Scars she had before and now convinces her that she is dead to hopefully compell her to do as he wishes.

It might not have been an antidote. She really didn't have much choice whether she trusted him or not. It could've just been dyed water that had no effect at all.

I Agree with Eric that we should be morning the loss of OG Sarah Lance…. It sounds to me like Aaron is saying that Bishop is cloning Sarah’s body and then taking the consciousness/data in her head and putting it in the new clone so that would mean that the dead Sarah on the table no longer has that consciousness/data so if the Legends were to revive her? And she would be a lifeless body with no memory?? That’s why I believe the new Sarah clone is a copy memories and all and is not the same as the OG dead Sarah…. Her body and Memories would all just be copy and pasted from OG Sarah

Also for Arron coping files (souls) and moving one of them to the trash (hell) still means there is a file (soul) in the trash (hell) and one on earth aka Sarah would have soul in hell and earth.

I think the living one is the original one. Bishop keeps his original self around so I would assume he would try to keep the original Sara around

Living breathing Sara. I'm going to stay in denial. That Bishop guy loves to play mindgames. Also why would Bishop offer Sara an antidote if he was going to let her original body die.

I like the twist of her being a clone while her real body is a corpse in front of her own eyes. And I believe that Legends is bold enough to surprise us with the craziest or dumbest things, or even both. I am intrigued to see how this works in with all the Ava clones as well. Stupid side note: Could Beebo clones be possible?

c. both. in the current comics of xmen vis HoX (house of x, a story arc that reset the xmen comics line) the xmen are now "immortal" via cloning and professor x storing every mutants' brainwaves/memories to be downloaded in a new cloned body after death. so going with that theory (the mind IS the soul, which is also how scientists see it in real life) clone sara IS the real sara as long as she has the exact same brainwave/memories implanted

Yes, our Sara is dead . I believe with Constantine powerless, they will have to go get Sara’s soul the old fashioned way by traveling down the river Styx to retrieve her soul .

I’m not sure with this one. But I don’t think the show has done a good job of explaining what is happening and what Bishop is doing.
