I think she will leave and work on dismantling the crows to get rid of it for good. Maybe replacing it with her own security group

I'm not sure how this is going to turn out for Jacob, Tavaroff, and the rest of the Crows, but I'm really looking forward to her helping the team in the future. I also am enormously pissed at this episode's cliffhanger, but I'll save that until next episode.
