Fate/Zero #15 Reaction - Early Access!

Comments

No reaction to Rich Boy's pay-to-win toys being broken seems somehow fitting.

coffeemilk

I'm a little disappointed they had no reaction to Gil being shot down.

James Parker

Don’t waste 30 minutes on a comment... ever. That’s my advice.

I'm genuinely upset... the comment I spent the last 30 minutes editing and making improvements on just up and vanished out of nowhere. This is the 2nd time I've experienced this on Patreon.... I hate this platform so GD much right now. Don't edit your comments too much or it will fall into the eternal abyss on Patreon; this is BS.

ZeroRequiem

No Spoilers in my comment: I'm really looking forward to the reactions for the rest of the episodes in this series; everything from this episode onward is just "edge of your seat" and exciting as far as plot developments. I loved this reaction and I know it's all up hill from here as far as their reactions... it's gonna be so... "sweet" x] Side Note/Rant: I Completely Understand why Blindwave reacts to English dubs only but I still occasionally find myself disappointed that they aren't listening to the Japanese dub; granted this series has a pretty damn decent English dubbing. Episode 19 is where you can audibly hear the difference between the Japanese dub and the English dub WITHOUT a headset; specifically at the end... everyone who's seen Fate Zero before knows what I'm referring to. Just compare the vocal performances between the two dubbings for that one scene alone.... I get chills every time I've listened to the Japanese dub for that scene but the English dub for it just doesn't emotionally provoke me as much. It's literally just a difference in voice acting talent among other things like the translations and I would assume the experiences some actors have lived through that have developed their talent further. Anyway, rant over :D Looking forward to more reactions regardless of all that. Hopefully we'll see their reactions to Fate UBW but that's up to everyone voting.

Dramatic Irony is fun since this story assumed you've already known how terrifying Excalibur Morgan is

Gilgamesh's interest for Arturia can be kind of seen as an extension of his egoism. When you look at the end of his legend he was the one reaching for something greater than himself, he could never archieve. She reminds him of himself.

Maximilian Baumann

It's funny now going back a few weeks to see them talking about Artoria being underpowered compared to the others :) Man, everything about that scene was gorgeous.

Gaëlle

This is my favorite episode in this series. It is so good!

Azurai

Caster: "I see a light!" Saber: "Walk towards it!"

Liesmith

She is one of the strongest definitely but Gilgamesh is stronger than Arturia by a mile, not even counting Ea lmao. Only with Avalon did she barely beat him in the Fate route. And no I'm very positive Gilgamesh could've still beaten Riders NP without Ea if he took it a bit seriously considering the shit he has stocked in Gate of Babylon.

TheHumourTumour

Are you referring to the above comments? Because dubs have to match lip flaps, fansubs often flow better than the official dub translations. And I think people like the original voices, because casting for anime characters is more rigorous in Japan, so their voices fit the look of the characters better.

Senshado

this is a spoiler. so dont read if you havent seen the show. they talked about how underwhelming saber was, before that reveal. i still think, that she is one of the strongest. since archer has this stupid deus ex machina noble phantasm, so that they could make a shitty ending to this series because they needed to set up the pile of crap called stay night, he is probably the strongest. he beat rider only because of that. unfortunately, the ending has to set up stay knight. otherwise they couldve been a nice showdown between rider and saber and their values

Nilexinator

The next few episodes might be, in my opinion, the greatest character episodes in anime

The Storm103

I’ve been looking forward to this

oh yeah it's almost mother's day

Jeroz Avlesair

Why do dumbass anime fans in 2020 still not understand the concept of matching lip flaps in dubs, as they continue to scream how good a line of delivery was without understanding the original language, and can only respond to the tone of the delivery as if they were dogs responding to their trainer’s voice, completely unaware of the nuance of language and it’s importance in determining the quality of a script’s performance? With the mandatory flaming of moronic subs vs dubs complaints, this episode is cool and establishes Diarmuid as an inherently likable and honorable character. Rest of the season only ratchets things up from here.

Next episode, the famous 3 ep strech for the best character exploration ever commited to anime If you know, you know

k.lam

I feel your pain. When they dont translate things correctly. Or switch things for no reason.

Sam h

The translation for Gilgamesh line about Saber, it's somehow...different. *sigh* Oh well. Great reaction, btw. I really love this episode so I'm happy that you enjoyed it.

LY

one of the best episodes of Fate/Zero, awesome saber moment, everything looked gorgeous!
