2020-04-29 15:13:30 +0000 UTCThe "Contact" - "Contact" telepathy thing is a Classic Who reference, just like the Master's TCE (Tissue Compression Eliminator). A lot of the references in these two episodes were to Third Doctor era stuff, although the going back to fix things in the past to get you out of a jam in the future is something I associate more with the Seventh Doctor.

2020-04-29 15:07:21 +0000 UTCCup-of-Soup! If you're confused about the status of Gallifry, that's not surprising. What they do to it in the Eleven's Doctor's time doesn't make sense with how the Twelfth Doctor interacts with it in his era. Best if you just don't think about it too hard and move on.
