2020-03-12 13:03:42 +0000 UTCSeveral episodes ago, Mary told Batwoman that she did not want to know who she was. I think it should happen by Batwoman approaching Mary and asking her if she's changed her mind and if she's ready for the responsibility and danger of knowing. This gives Mary one last chance to make that choice, but shows that Kate trusts her but is also cautious. Separately, I was so happy with how they handled the Sophie thing in this episode. Still in today's day and age, her mother's reaction is far too common. Kate's speech really made Sophie realize that just being with Batwoman wouldn't help her grow. I'm hoping we see Sophie come to Kate for support in the wake of having told her mother and they end up together and Sophie does a 'let Batwoman down gently' thing, whether or not Kate takes off the mask then either.

2020-03-12 06:55:31 +0000 UTCI think Mary will let something slip that will give Kate the impression that she knows something, but Kate won't tell Mary because she wouldn't want to worry about Mary's safety on top of Sophie's, and Mary will eventually tell Kate that she already knows.
