I thought this one was worth it for meeting Yaz's family & her mom wanting to know if she and the doctor dating (and the doctor not being sure)

One of my least favorite episodes this series. That said, it had some nice character moments - all the stuff with Graham and meeting Yaz's family, for example. The episode fails in the way a couple of others do in this series: too many characters without enough development to make them feel fleshed out and too many plot points without a satisfying exploration/resolution.

You haven’t watched season 12? For me, it’s been great.

These episodes may not be the best, but watching the guys react to them adds a level of enjoyment I didn't think I'd get, and they do have their moments. This was the last episode I watched on my own though, so I have no idea where Season 11 goes from here. Judging from the comments, my guess would be nowhere...

The rich dude’s motivations might have been messed up, but he put that spider out of its misery. It seemed like the better alternative to me. Kinda made the whole episode seem a lot less heavy-handed to me.

Despite trying three times, I've only watched next weeks episode once. I just. Can't. Do. It

Also waiting for this episode. The best in series 11 imo.

Agreed. It's what Chibnall does; re-writes previous episodes. Just look at Hungry Earth/Cold Blood.

A poor remake of The Green Death but with Spiders instead of Maggots

Literally just waiting for Demons of the Punjab, imo, one of the best episodes ever of NuWho. Not just saying that cuz I'm brown either lmao.

It's weird to me knowing that personally the show hadn't had a bad episode since then and then we were hit with multiple this series.

The only genuine moments of this episode are of Graham dealing with his grief.

As an Australian I have no idea and have never heard about any spiders dragging baby's away.
But I don't want to know ignorance is bliss.

This episode and next episode are by far the weakest of the season imo. The final episode is a fine episode on its own, but as a finale it's sh*t.

Watching reactions for episodes which I think are pretty bad are kinda hard to get through. I don't think I've felt this way about an episode since In The Forest of the Night.

There's an interesting story in there somewhere, but there's too many elements dragging it about.

You guys aren't wrong this story is rather weak. I know alot of people hate this particular season for hates sake but this episode is just weak.
