It seems awfully odd that he cant heal, and also his hand went off randomly when on Lian Yu with Dig. I don't see why that would happen if he was just tired. My guess is its something to do with him the speed force struggling to comprehend the fact that all the earths have been rolled into one, and so maybe the speedsters powers have too

I feel like he may be coming down from the effects of Oliver's magic head touch thing. He got a huge boost and now it's wearing off kinda thing. Maybe he even ends up with less power for a while because of it?

I think that Oliver overcharged him during crisis and because of it his powers are starting to become unpredictable. Such as his power surging when he was with Diggle yet his speed healing and stamina starting to dissipate. I think this will start being more apparent near the end of the season and the season will end on a cliffhanger with Barry no longer having any control of his powers.

I'm thinking the speedforce is somehow messed up from the merging of the worlds. That many speedsters just getting pushed into one world, or disappearing altogether, something's gotta happen there.

Since Oliver unlocked his potential in Crisis perhaps his body is trying to compensate for the new power? So his healing wouldn’t be working at 100%. Or maybe someone (aka Reverse Flash) is trying to sever Barry’s connection to the Speed Force permanently.
