Both.... I feel like Mia will stay, maybe William as well, and they will fill that Role on the team of both Green Arrow and Overwatch. I think Connor will go back to the future though.

I want them to return so they can Nora themselves. As in disappear for ever

I think what happened to Nora last season on Flash will happen here on Arrow. They will stick around and change the timeline, so they will likely fade away after all is said and done with the future being for the better (maybe).

I think whatever the Monitor and Oliver are doing will basically change the timeline and alter a lot more things and therefore there won't be a future to go back to in a way.

Although I want them to stay for a while, I think that they were brought there by the Monitor for any number of reasons and then they will be promptly returned back to their time after the reason is complete.

I think Mia will stay because the Monitor said something along the lines of having plans for her at the end of last season

I would want them to stay until Crisis, but return after, because the future has already had a season and a half of build up. Imagine if after the first 2 seasons of Arrow, for some reason, Team Arrow was sent to the past before Oliver and Sara went on the Gambit and decided to stay at that time period. The point of the flash forwards. for me, is to introduce the heroes of the future and keeping FTA in the present would, in my opinion, make the past buildup meaningless.

I would guess that they'll end next episode by going back to the future, and maybe the writers realised that they kind of made the future way too dystopian...so maybe they go back and there's still the Deathstroke gang, but the Glades/Star City conflict of last season isn't as bad as it was before, or something like that.

I think they’ll stay through Crisis and then some of them may return to the future. If they survive crisis, they’ll most likely change the timeline for the better. I can imagine William and Connor returning after they have got to spend a final time with their fathers that are no longer alive in the future. Wouldn’t be surprised if Mia ended up staying though.

The future timeline needs to stay intact for the shows ending, which we've already seen, to mean anything. (Monitor taking Old Felicity to reunite with Oliver after she helps her kids in the dark future)

They definitely stay. That'll set up the Canaries spinoff in present day. The only issue I see is Mia, Connor, and William coexisting with their younger selves. I suppose as long as they don't interact.. What's the worst that can happen? I think that future timeline is already erased and for some reason those 3 were the only ones spared.

I expect they will return to the future because it feels weird to simply abandon that storyline, however I really wish they would stay in the present. With or without a spin-off, having these characters in the present gives more opportunities for them to be involved with the other shows without the need for time travel.

I believe they will stay. I am hoping this gives interesting storylines of Mia and Oliver. I want to see William and Oliver as well, and really want to see how Diggle reacts if Connor tells him about JJ. Definitely a game changer.

They have to stay. The Arrow spinoff stars Katie Cassidy and Juliana Harkavy as Black Siren and Black Canary as well as the actress that plays Mia. I doubt Ms. Cassidy and Harkavy will want to be their ~50-ish year old selves, with makeup jobs and wigs to make them look older.

I think they’ll stay and I think they were brought back to change the future last season we saw Felicity had previously made a deal with the Monitor I think this was the deal to bring back the future team so they could fix what went wrong with Star City maybe even try to save Oliver
