Star Wars Resistance 2x1 Poll!

I want the show to have some balls and not take the predictable route and have her stay bad. But as it stands, I don't believe they'll do something that bold.

I think the show will bring us a very interesting story about Tam. In the beginning we see how she agrees with the FO's "aim", then slowly the shroud will fall and Tam will see what the FO did to the NR and the various planets. After it Tam will redeem herself and rejoin with the Team Fireball. But maybe the show will take a drastic turn and before she leave the FO, Pyre or someone else kill Tam. That would be a bold move. :)

I think Tam going for The First Order was the best choice for the show, because creates a very distinc dinamic and unique story for the future. However, Star Wars is a story about redemption, and I hope Tam realizes that she made a big mistake.

I could see her staying in the FO if this were a book, I don’t believe it’ll happen in the show. I’m pretty sure she’ll defect when/if she finds out about the Hosnian system.

Sorta unrelated but that's kind of what happens in the book Lost Stars. A character chooses the wrong side and stays there until the end, with no redemption arc. So it's not completely unheard of in Star Wars, and it can be done well as long as the villains aren't mustache twirlers.

In the world of Star Wars can never say a being will stay good or bad. But for me she went against her friends really easy for the First Order. Id have a hard time trusting her with secrets .

Until at least the last 2 episodes. The more complex stories are from Tam being in the first order. How they operate/makes them appealing, the dangers of indoctrination, friendship vs ideology. Evil organization chasing the good guy is the cliché and simplistic storyline and once Tam turns good that's all it is. It would have been better if done before public genocide but I don't want to abandon such an interesting idea despite that weird part.

I hope she stays with the first order, at least for while. I think it would bring some interesting exploration of the first order, as well as add more complexity and depth to the show if pulled off correctly.

I want her to rejoin the Colossus Crew. Agent Tierny has played her like jazz and expertly manipulated her, but I feel like deep down Tam is still a good person. Once she learns what the First Order is really doing, she'll make an attempt to help her friends.

One of the things I've liked about the First Order over the Empire is it showing the mindset of several Imperial soldier first Finn, and now Tamara, keep her with the First Order

I think it would be really interesting if the character never comes back to the side of good and remains blinded by anger and betrayal, showing that sometimes friends can be lost to hate and extremism. However that’s not really a Star Wars move, so she’ll probably realise what she’s done wrong at the end and sacrifice herself to save her friends.
