2019-08-12 20:05:18 +0000 UTCOn one hand, yes it bothers me to know that no matter what the main characters are basically unkillable it does remove some of the stakes. On the other hand I agree with Daisy, I would press that revive button without thinking every time.

2019-08-08 17:11:20 +0000 UTCim honestly more annoyed about fitz/simmons always having to be separate for some reason. it was an interesting plotpoint at first but its just too much already. not to mention why are we splitting up the team constantly when its already SO much smaller than it used to be. if youre gonna work with fewer characters let them be together. fitz and simmons could have easily arrived back on earth by like episode 4 or 5 and have 8 full episodes dedicated to the full team dealing with the threat. instead it wasnt until episode 10. im tired of it and its absolutely affected my enjoyment. combine that with death meaning nothing and ill admit this was far worse of a season than id have hoped for. good show but this season and repeating plotpoints just for the sake of getting a bit more emotional investment frustrated me

2019-08-08 07:21:21 +0000 UTCDoesn't bother me, for me comic plot lines are all about emotional stakes, killing characters but then finding tripy ways to bring them back.. When I want my heart shredded into tiny pieces I watch the walking dead.

2019-08-08 02:52:45 +0000 UTCthe "spoiler" was that the show is ending next season

2019-08-08 02:47:52 +0000 UTCOut of curiosity, what was the AoS spoiler that was mentioned a couple of weeks ago? The one that was voted on whether Eric told Aaron? I made sure to stay away during the season.

2019-08-08 01:25:51 +0000 UTCNO! Please bring back Ward and Radcliffe.
2019-08-07 23:09:37 +0000 UTCCoulson back to life bothers me for conflicting message. They made a whole season about accepting Coulson death and how it was a mistake to not let go so much it almost kill May. Only to back track 10 minutes. I hate when shows don't pick a lane. If you gonna make another Coulson either make only Sarge or only the robot. Also if you not going to kill anyone make 1 fake death not 17. Either May or Yoyo should have died or you cut one of their fake death.

2019-08-07 18:30:35 +0000 UTCDoesn't bother me, It's Marvel this is the same company that kills Cyclops every other X-Men arc only to bring him back. Nick Fury famously cheats death all the time.

2019-08-07 18:29:17 +0000 UTCPerson voting yes: Deaths not sticking kinda ruins the show. Also person voting yes: Bringing back Ward would be so cool.
2019-08-07 16:29:17 +0000 UTCGiving the circumstances where they didnt know if they would get a season 6 and 7, i am very satisfied with the way it was all handled.

2019-08-07 13:15:20 +0000 UTCFUCK NO, I've seen to much of my favourite characters die from many shows and anime. I'm done with death coming for my beloved characters, I want my S.H.I.E.L.D cast to live forever. #BringBackDavis

2019-08-07 08:29:24 +0000 UTCDavis. :(

2019-08-07 06:56:59 +0000 UTCMy first reaction was yes because of both Yoyo and May surviving and I didn’t know what was happening when Jemma showed up but once next season comes back and I see all the characters again and get a better explanation on what happened my opinion will probably change to no.

2019-08-07 02:22:53 +0000 UTCParden my French, but FUCK no!

2019-08-06 21:23:09 +0000 UTCThe very first episode had a character come back alive from a very emotional death. If you weren’t on board then hard to imagine anyone really enjoying it now.
Gavin Hardiman
2019-08-06 20:57:12 +0000 UTCofcourse not, never have i enjoyed a show more than this
Jens B
2019-08-06 20:51:13 +0000 UTCI’m going to say no, but really I’m split. It doesn’t affect my enjoyment of the show, but I do feel like it invalidates my emotional responses to certain scenes retroactively.
Dylan Carpenter
2019-08-06 20:45:50 +0000 UTCYou guys forgot about deathlock, one of the first deaths.
Gary B
2019-08-06 20:34:38 +0000 UTCI love all of the characters but if they kill them off in a good way without pre-establishing an out then they should stay dead. I'm mostly happy so far though.

2019-08-06 20:12:47 +0000 UTCThe shows based off a comic book and, to me, one of the most entertaining / thrilling parts of comic books are not only the anticipation of who's going to die but also the anticipation of who will come back to life. I think it brings a whole new layer to storytelling.

2019-08-06 19:17:04 +0000 UTCAbsolutely no.

2019-08-06 19:11:28 +0000 UTCYes, May or Yoyo should have died, It would have made for a better episode, finale and better story moving forward.

2019-08-06 18:59:04 +0000 UTCAs long as the story is good and I enjoy the characters that I'm watching death is irrelevant while also an important part so there are stakes in a story im ok with it
Kaleb A. Diaz
2019-08-06 18:56:24 +0000 UTCNot just no, but: https://images.app.goo.gl/9gokdUebBHB5tTit9

2019-08-06 18:45:36 +0000 UTCNah, it's a comic book show, and how often are deaths really permanent in the comics? Besides, I think we'll all enjoy Marvel's Legends of Yesterday.
The Amish Electrician
2019-08-06 18:43:09 +0000 UTCOverall no for me, but I will say. The way May died here protecting her figurative family may have been the best way for her to go out. And the scene with Ming and Chole was phenomenally acted. It would have been a fitting end for her.
Andrew Courtney
2019-08-06 18:41:31 +0000 UTCJust because we have an avatar of Coulson with his memories it doesn’t mean he didn’t die. Alt. Fitz also actually died, and May was saved she wasn’t fully dead yet (just about though).

2019-08-06 18:40:25 +0000 UTCDeath in this show sticks just often enough that I'm always still worried that it might be permanent when we do lose someone.
Kevin Bartelen
2019-08-06 18:11:12 +0000 UTCIt's a bit annoying you have a proper May death scene, and then a minute later, oh she's fine. Or have it appear yo yo's gone for a nope she's fine. It's been done so much in quick succession that it loses some impact. There's like 6 characters this has happened to, at some point you've gotta have the guts to just let someone go. I think that would have been a good moment for May to die.
Ethan Prendergast
2019-08-06 18:06:26 +0000 UTCHell no it's not affecting my enjoyment at all. Especially because they have implied that there were extreme consequences for what happened in this episode and a lot of deaths have stuck or had major effects on the characters. Great reaction as always. :-) <3

2019-08-06 18:04:35 +0000 UTCNaa its all good.
2019-08-06 17:56:36 +0000 UTCNo. Most of them have stuck. It's only a few that havent and when it is like that it makes sense
MOB12
2019-08-06 17:55:37 +0000 UTCI voted no as we have had deaths that stick and have an impact (such as Davis and Keller). Fitz is a different situation as his death, though not permanent, did have an effect on the team I.e. Jemma, Deke and Daisy to a degree. In regards to the LMD/Chromicom Coulson, we know that it isn’t the real Coulson (same with Sarge). I do hope they explore a bit more of this “Not Coulson but thinks he’s Coulson” - since they have already explored LMD’s, we as an audience know there is stigma there for the team with synthetic life.

2019-08-06 17:50:06 +0000 UTCI love the cast more than I hate the plot armor.

2019-08-06 17:45:54 +0000 UTCI was pleasantly surprised when Coulson was brought back in a completely different way than I originally thought. A lot happened at the end of the finale, and I wasn’t sure how to process it when I first watched it. But now I’ve concluded that I love it.
doc1990
2019-08-06 17:43:34 +0000 UTCNo because I think in this last season next season we will have deaths that will stick
SPARTAN 465
2019-08-06 17:43:26 +0000 UTCNope. Coulson is dead. He’s not back. Not really. And, May was too soon for me to process one way or another. They do like to have their cake and eat it too. At least 4 of our original main characters have came back after death if you count Hive Ward, but it’s always been for a reason with story and character in mind so it’s worked for me. It never feels like they’ve brought someone back just to do it.
2019-08-06 17:43:18 +0000 UTCThe lack of death doesn’t really bother me. Ward has died, as well as Lincoln and Davis. (SPOILER FOR ENDGAME AHEAD) since Tony died in the movies and the films show they have the balls to kill off characters, I feel as if the TV series will follow with that idea
Nate
2019-08-06 17:42:08 +0000 UTCThis is a comic book tv show. Daredevil and punisher should have died a million times over and I enjoyed those shows. This isn’t game of thrones were it’s supposed to have the realism. To different genres.
Christopher simeon
2019-08-06 17:41:52 +0000 UTCNo i don't mind characters coming back from the dead as long as it's a journey for that character or the characters around them
