I don't think it's Hvitserk. I believe the Seer getting up is because Ivar is messing with the gods. Ivar just made himself a god and I don't really feel like that would be recognized by the Seer and the gods themself.

That's what I was thinking, only for the reason that the Seer is the only other "important" character I could think of at Katteget that would be a major sacrifice.

i dont think its Hvitserk, ivar saying he wants to be a god which makes me think its the seer he's going to sacrifice. he's someone the gods would definitely recognize

Yes i think it's him and the reason he is cloaked is because that the people won't know who he is until the very end that's my theory

It is Hvitserk but it's a vision by the seer. He will tell Ivar something bad will open if he does sacrifice Hvitserk.

Im thinking it might be the Seer himself being sacrificed, and the scene in the seers shack is them coming for him...maybe...?
