Oh, and the actor that played Book was Ron Glass. He was in the TV show Barney Miller, but he was also the doctor who worked on Coulson in season one of Agents of Shield.

I wanna say the Inara thing is revealed in one of the comics, but the memory is vague. Also one of my favorite shows, the Browncoat pain is compounded if you're a fan of Buffy and Angel, since their first seasons are among their weakest. Firefly was amazing in just 14 episodes, you can't help but wonder what it might have been like if it followed the same arc.

And so it's over. It will be no surprise to anyone who has seen my username that Firefly is my all time favorite TV show, and likely will be for all time. I use this name to help me identify other Browncoats. They're all more than willing to tell me how sad I make them when they see my username. Some things I want to mention about things external to what's shown in either the TV show or movie: 1. There's a series of canon comics. To be honest, as of now I've only read a couple of them myself. The most important one that Eric absolutely has to read is The Shepherd's Tale. It will tell him everything he wants to know about Book. 2. There's also a comic about Wash. This one isn't as necessary to read, but the most important thing to come out of it is the fact that Zoe is pregnant (and knows it) at the end of the movie. 3. I can't remember where this was revealed, but there was always a question as to why Inara left Sihnon to join Serenity in the first place. Somewhere it was revealed that she has a terminal illness and wanted to get out into the world There's more I want to say, but I have to go for now

Love Firefly, so glad you guys did this.....and Eric.,..PLEASE do the Sopranos one day, The Wire and the Sopranos are the best two TV shows ever...please do one or both some day!
