i remember watching this when it first came out use to love this show but at the time its was good but that was also because i was 11 lol it's sad they had to end the show because Elisabeth Sladen (Sarah Jane) Died

They have watched this episode due to the upcoming episode in Doctor who which a lot of characters from the Who verse come together if they did not then they would be more confused than i was.

Watching it as a kid when it was actually on I loved it. Looking back on it now some of the episodes were quite silly but there are some great ones too. Definitely matures as it goes on and overall does get better. Shame it was cut short :(

While I think TSJA is more family-oriented (at least it was aired at BBC Kids), it's important for a few things on Doctor Who. And it's kind of funny. If you don't watch everything, I think it has to be at least the beginning for Season 4 o DW finale and the first crossover before the DW especials with Tennant.

I feel that character is explained pretty well in the two parter already, and I imagine they'd of had more questions concerning Luke and such rather than the other character. But I do feel they should watch Genesis at some point, perhaps later along.

Not to mention that poll wasn't looking for a "winner" as for the next show to watch but give them some idea what people want to see them react to so they can better choose what shows they should poll in the future as replacements for the ones that are ending. That was my understanding of it anyway.

Most of the stories span two episodes each and with each episode being so short you should really reacted two episodes in a row (one full story) imo.

I hope you don't get discouraged from watching more by the first couple of stories being a little weak, it does get better as it goes. Hopefully you guys can at least stick with it till the end of series 1 before deciding whether or not to continue. Even if you don't you should definitely watch the episodes that the Doctor guest stars in at least.

Starts off goofy, but I promise it’ll end up going toe to toe with Doctor Who if you give it a chance. All Sarah janes episodes are two parters though, so I’d advice watching both parts per reaction, since it only adds up to 40 mins anyway.

I hope they at least get to the Trickster episode. That stuff is great
