It's implied that the house belongs to Johnny Blaze. It has a Quentin Carnvial poster (where Johnny performed as a stunt rider), there is a motorcycle in the basement, motorcycle helmets that a stunt rider would wear, chains, and a leather jacket that looks like the one Ghost Rider wears.
