Summer Time Rendering Ep 12

This is easily the best episode I have seen SO FAR of this anime.
Holy $hit, that turned into some serious stuff in the last 8 mins.
Demon was BLASSSSTTTIIIINNNNN
LOL, how many headshots went down? #Sheesh
The plot is getting quite cool. I forgot to talk about the mother of the shadows at the end of the episode. That is a pretty cool and scary origin story. Am I understanding it correctly that Haine was the first human to be copied by shadows? Did they say how long ago that was?

So what we know so far about the eye: - It comes from Haine - It lets you see different timelines and choose one (that means: you know what to do for the desired outcome to happen) - Shinpei can barely use it, so in his case he can only loop back to a certain point and try again - He can only use it while dying - For some reason it cannot be taken away from him

The ending and opening for this show don't get talked about enough I feel like, glad you enjoy them đŸ«Ą and yeah the demon dude basically said that Shin could probably loop without dying if he was more experienced with the power, which is pretty interesting

I do like how Summer Time Rendering handles the risks of failing to loop with more seriousness than Steins;Gate, which basically just leaned on world line convergence to explain why Okabe always magically made it past armed forces to get to the phone microwave. With regards to Shinpei's eye, I don't think much can be said without spoilers. We know that the eye originated with Haine, but don't know how Shinpei came to have it. The suggestion is that his power is something different than just looping, but it's not intended to be clear exactly what, just that it has something to do with observing parallel realities.

if you're wondering who's the VA for Haine, it's the kid from 86, Frederica Adel-Adler
