Just checked out the re-edited version of S1, Aoyanagi said she shot the enforcer last EP was her lover, it was shown in Ep 9 of re edited version, after the helmet issue, when the system was down for a while. Her boyfriend tried to escape and Aoyanagi shot him, Her boyfriend said before him get shot, that Aoyanagi can't betray Sibyl for him. Aoyanagi is a pretty good character, she got strong belief, it's just the Sibyl changed how people view right or wrong. Most of them can only judge using the dominator.
