The rest of the episode was great. The slo-moving bubble narration times were just epic delay and comedy ridiculousness

You know what is crazy, the stand Killer Queen's explosions are actually silent in the manga. The anime just made them loud for dramatic effects.

2025-02-25 22:48:08 +0000 UTCI don't recall my ears being damaged while watching Part 4 a few years back. I don't think it was this bad, so it might just be this rip that is problematic. I've also looked at a few Part 5 episodes, and it isn't this bad, so it should be fine.

I wonder if there's an easy way for you to set a dynamic range for your audio output without having to like, run the audio through your streaming software or something.

Anyway, hopefully by the next arc, the schedule clears up to do two a week, because the pacing for the final two seasons/stories, may bug you on some chains of episodes. While both seasons are great overall, with surprises, the beginning of Golden Wind is a little slow. However, the music stays amazing. With Stone Ocean, the beginning 1/3 episodes are good, the middle 1/3 is slow and silly, while the ending 1/3 episodes are epic, tragic, and controversial. Just my opinion and heads up. You may see it differently. Who knows.

However I will say that I feel like they are even worse than normal on where Tony's watching them (I don't know how? but yeah) so hopefully Part 5 won't somehow continue the trend against all odds.
