Majority of isekai are kinda on the overly tropey and cliche side so people would get the humor towards the genre. Funny enough I think most people would have konosuba in their top isekai list and even top in comedy as a whole. People will know konosuba before a lot of other isekai.

I feel like people that would get offended of the things that Konosuba is making fun off wouldn't even realize what Konosuba is making fun off in the first place lol. Also, Re:Zero is still mamijg satire of the Isekai genre, but it's also takin themselves seriously. It's like the difference between The Boys and One Punch Man, kinda.

Even tho this is a parody to anime like Re:zero, it still falls under the same genre which is "Isekai" or "another word" in English. So if a person likes the genre, most likely they will end up liking both Anime
