I can still hear this episode and that section and its been a very long time, haha. If you don't have a background in concert band its hard to explain. The segment was so subpar, it was a good way to show how the school band program was not developed, at least not at this moment.

Jokes aside, I'm pretty sure typhoons in Kyoto are more dangerouns than in Tokyo, because Kyoto is facing the Sea of Japan (Korean East Sea), so don't do this at home!
