Hello, hello! We’re in weather hurricane season down here in Brazil! It is cold, then hot, then cold, then hot, then it rains, then a full blast of sun, before cold again. Anyway, expect Banshee to get sick any day now.

Banshee continued to work on the scene with Amelie! She's been having to work sneakily just like old times since her mother-in-law is visiting, and thankfully Mr. Banshee's mom still thinks she draws puppies for a living. She was also thrilled to start working on character designs again as we began trying to add more sprites to side characters, and Vane was kind enough to throw several hot people her way. Hooray!

Vane got a little bit sick himself. Who would have thought that caring for a sick person might lead one to catch their sickness, huh? Anyway, his was nowhere near as bad as his sisters'. He just had a persistent headache and a bit of exhaustion, and he was all good in a few days. 

Vane finished the Amelie romance route scene. All of her scenes have always leaned more on the hardcore side, with rough sex and/or orgy-related themes. For this one, however, Vane wanted to do something romantic and explore a new side of Amelie. So the scene is just the two of them, and it's very gentle and romantic. Like all of the most recent romance routes, it has a casual variant, so you can still have sex with her if you are single and don’t want to commit or you are in an open relationship.

Vane has also been working on a scene that continues the main plot. Negative developments in the Empire and unusual activity inside the besieged city’s walls mean that Catherine has to accept that she can’t rely on help from the Empire anymore and has to look to other sources to keep her troops supplied and her siege going. This sets up the potential introduction of a few new characters later down the line. Catherine’s previous choices will also impact how this scene plays out.
