She challenged Yunyun to a one-on-one duel only to get swiftly defeated by a paralysis spell casted by Yunyun. Since Megumin's potential was on par with herself, Yunyun decided to possess Megumin in order to combine their magical powers. Megumin tried to hold out as long as she could, but eventually her willpower gave out and she was transformed into a tall, voluptuous woman. With both her and Yunyun's spells and powers, Megumin had become the most powerful crimson demon witch in history. However, her thoughts had been completely taken over by the dark goddess persona, and her desires cannot by satisfied so easily.
