There's creator called AiPsLr on pixiv who can generate pretty nice realistic looking hands, but he retouches his images on Photoshop (I guess his name is short for AI + Photoshop + Lightroom).

Some ideas for the next one: girls exposing one side of their breast for photoshoot, bending over the car and exposing their crotch/behind, or half naked sitting together with the racing team crew for a photoshoot.
