I know some of you are encountering problems watching videos from the mobile app (android users apparently) and I understand this can be very frustrating, as it is for me. It's really bad timing cause I wanted the New tiers moment to be flawless. I thought of postponing but I knew that would be also very disappointing for people. I contacted patreon support and I'm waiting for their answer. There's not much more I can do. I guess if you are watching from your mobile you can always go to patreon.com on a web browser and operate as you do when you are in a computer? Did you try that? Please let me know. I'm trying my best here. Please be patient. You can choose not to upgrade until this problem is solved too. That's all I can think about. Will keep you posted.
