Surprises Nancy insists she's a paying client but then abuses her roughly. Kaya hears of it and visits Vanessa for a payback. Or a police officer answers the ad undercover and then blackmails Nancy into providing service for no pay. Or Kate and her cell mate get out of prison, see Nancy's ad and decide to have a little rough fun with her. Nancy has a client who's a police or parole officer who sends them back to prison (less likely scenario). Maybe nothing you'd want to use but fun to think up.
