@Stephen Murrell For me, the issue turned out to be the multiple CAS columns mod. I disabled that and CAS has been working fine since, though it does tend to freeze up at times.

@sinnsimmer26 He updates WW basically in a day after every Sims update. Update is delayed ONCE and y'all cause an uproar "but I pay him money.." Cut him some slack. If you're not satisfied with the effort, you can always unsubscribe.

Hi Bickie yes its the same for me any sims in the love struck world i can edit fine and go into CAS for to make new ones its only all my sims in any other world i cant get into CAS for to edit or travel with. I can still play with the households just cant edit them etc. I'm guessing its because they all have custom likes and dislikes and since that is now broken that's what the issue is. I cannot travel to places i get the 123 cannot load error, no sims can pay bills all options are gone sims in the love struck world can fine. So for now i'm just playing around with the sims in love stuck till things all get sorted out. ;-)

time will tell, I can see everyone's side in this the best thing to do is to turn off attraction system in WW and just be careful if you do not want to delete it. I turned it off and so far its ok for now. When a new version comes out will just start over with new game to be safe. The way i see if with modder's if they are charging for mods on Patreon they should turn off charging till they get it fixed that solves both sides. Some do this as a courtesy. Other mod authors go above and beyond for their base of fans to keep them happy. Others do not I have seen this they do not care whether their mods get updated and take their sweet time. Turbo is not one they work their butts off for us to make sure their mod is working right. That is why i chose to pay for access. Others i have discontinued paying as their reaction to people asking questions leaves a lot to be desired.

well he probably has to make his ww's attraction system compatable with the new expansion system that does the same thing, i dont know how easy that is to do, and then the game having UI bugs wont help either

Turbo just updated us from his Discord yesterday TURBODRIVER 07/26/2024 7:06 PM The most critical issue you will encounter from WW right now, and any other mod that adds custom Likes & Dislikes, is that CAS will not load when you enter it from gameplay. There are other errors that will break gameplay too so better not risk it. Right now what I think is left to do for me is hooking up all the WW features with all the changed/new game teatures.

Everyone here attacking others is not helping, you all need a chill pill. I have never seen so much hate or high and mighty than I have here. If someone "asks" something either answer it nicely or move on there is no reason to make them feel like crap. By now we all know Turbo is on vacation you all have said it enough. Modders get into this for themselves and us, they know what they sign up for, they know if their mod is any good that if it breaks people will be scrambling for answers. Turbo is the only one who should be the one screaming this is their mod not your you did not make mod they did. I am sick and tired of the hatred there is enough in this country already we do not need it in games too. The Sims 4 is for escape not a reminder of reality. FYI, if you go to the WW Discord and only see the announcements, help and bug hunt channels under Information, then you need to click on the link to join the Discord server again. It's under the Membership tab above (on Patreon) Quick Links. I discovered this after someone mentioned earlier that TD made a comment yesterday and didn't see it. Once I clicked the link to join again, I was able to see the chat channels and TD's last comment at 7:06am yesterday.

They are making an average of 18K a month from patrons… even if we include the Patreon’s service fees - it’s still an even 15K (this is on the lowest end assuming 90% are on the $1 pledge). This is very well equivalent to a full time business endeavor. The least people could expect is an ETA - I’ve also known a lot of modders that have paused their Patreon subscription when they were away from their work… I’m not saying they shouldn’t have charged us for the month, but instead they could at least give a timeframe, especially for the month which marked the largest update for the game in 2024?

I don't understand the uproar, especially considering Turbo warned us almost two weeks in advance that they wouldn't be able to update WW as quickly this time because they would be out of town. This shouldn't have been unexpected, mods tend to misbehave after an update, same thing with new EPs. Give Turbo their space and time, just play another game until it's fixed, that's literally all you have to do.

Between the custom preferences issue and the overlap between WW and Lovestruck's attraction system, I'm sure this update is requiring a lot more work for TD. So, there's the lesson... if you can't play without WW, turn off automatic updates, put EA app in offline mode when the game patch comes out, and then be patient. Your sims will quite happily bang each other's brains out on an outdated version of the game while all your mods get updated.

Guys keep in mind Modders like us have real lives and though we'd love to have the update asap, that is not always the case. Turbo will update when they can and right now let them enjoy their vacation because like a lot of us, they prob have real jobs and families and need a break and some time off. They will update as soon as they can. For now remove WW to make sure it doesn't break your game and simply add it back once the update is made/done :) However if you can't wait, that's a you problem and has nothing to do with Turbo or any other modder.

That could be the case and perhaps WW also gets early access but keep in mind Turbodriver is also no vacation and that is why they haven't updated yet. We have to remember these modders have lives outside Sims 4 and sometimes as much as we'd like, they might not get to updates as soon as we want them to. Those other modders might of had the time to update with in the same day/next day. Turbo will update as soon as they get the chance :)

WW isn't updated yet. It's best to remove it from your game and wait for the creator to update seeing as it can break your game. The creator right now is away on vacation and once they return they will update WW. That could be a week or so. But again WW can break your game due to not being updated for the new pack and EA patches. So just remove it and wait like the rest of us for the update :)

There are other mods that are quite complex and they had an update just the next day, like Lumpinou. Makes me wonder if they had early access to the patch and expansion pack by how fast they are. Even created completely new Mods for the pack the next day. But yeah I won’t play with my save for the time being. I need WW for the menstrual cycle and many of my households already got some of her women hygiene products. Plus all the settings for the attractiveness. If I play and save without WW I loose all. So I wait. But would be great if they could give an estimate.

I was going to share my opinion, but at the end some people wont understand and will take it in the wrong way. The only thing I want to say is that not only the mod needs to be updated, but also the game itself needs to be stabilized. EA created a whole mess with the base game patch and release (QA is a concept that EA team doesn't know at all). So, let's be patient, spent the time cleaning the mod folder, doing some cc shopping and let's see what is coming next week. Last thing, Don't be hard on others complains, just have some empathy with others opinion.

I was thinking the same thing, Aila K. It will probably take a while to untangle it all. I wasn't sure how much of the same ground is covered by WW and the new update; I haven't played Sims4 in a year and had only just re-installed it the day before the update. So, I haven't used WW for a while.

Taking WickedWhims out of my game is like cutting down a tree without a chain saw. I understand eveyone has a personal life and need a vacation. However, an estimate time would be nice to know when I can play my game. I have been a loyal supporter of WickedWhims since I found the Mod. So please at least give us an estimate time on when we can expect an update.

I wander if people who have other conflicting mods if it's causing WW not to work I updated Tuesday and mines work no problem. Only thing I noticed 1st impressions doesn't seem to work at the same time 1st time turning that setting on so could be user error. I feel the pack copied so much from his mod so there's probably so much he has to change or rewove for people who have and don't have Lovestruck so it's probably a tedious task and I understand. When he updates pretty sure it'll come to our email and notify us people don't have to wait around. I just came to see if the comments are still crazy and they are smh.

Writing to add: if any of you haven't seen the announcement, or follow scarletsrealm.com, Discord, etc, WW is broken and can cause your game to break. I hope you remove it until it's fixed. I'm currently playing in offline mode until it's been updated. If you've updated since Tuesday's update, this won't work. You'll have to remove it and be patient.

I found out I can change this under the nudity/undress settings so never mind :) But I do have a related request. Could the actions to remove individual accessories that can be accessed in the wicked pose player and sex also be available in live mode under the undress options. It would be very convenient to remove sunglasses, a hat, etc in live game play (to put them back on again would also be awesome). Currently I pose the sim, remove item, then keep playing. Sorry this is a really bad time to post a suggestion ... no rush :)

Thank you LiLChillyPepper I get tired of people acting like they know everything. All modders go through this, Turbo asked people if they have issues let him know, so they do. People ask for an ETA for release of update to me that is normal and when people start bagging on the person for asking that question then they are the problem not the one asking nicely. No one's really whining or being rude tho, everyone's either just looking to see if there's a rough ETA on when an update is to be expected (not rude or unreasonable to ask for pretty common for majority of things). Others are either people showing support and saying thank you aswell as to enjoy his vacation. The rest is just people reporting issues which he has told people to do.. If anything you're the main problem here attacking basically anyone that mentions anything along the lines of a asking or looking for a simple ETA or even someone simply just excited for the new update and can't wait (common expression used in excitement). Or in my case sharing info that turbo himself shared to people in the discord server, about where he is currently at with the update. Yes it is just a mod, but it's also one of the most popular mods around so a reaction like this is to be expected. It's no different to when a TV show has a season finale and many people immediately search for an ETA for the new season, but just on a much larger scale.. We all know its a waiting game for when turbo is ready to post and that's okay no rush! Take as long as he needs or wants! But what's not okay is you attacking his fans who genuinely love and support his work who also get excited about upcoming updates.. chill out a bit sweetheart let people be excited with out attacking them for it.

I had the issue where a certain CAS related mod was causing the new CAS Lovestruck features appear completely hidden ....from the broken mod list I found out which one it was and when I removed it, I could now see and access to the new romantic dynamics and the new features...so it probably has to do with some CAS related mod ... At the moment I'm pretty careful having any mod in the game that has to do with pie menu and CAS and event planning..id really be careful with those for now... plus after the second hot fix some modders re-updated their mods again.. so try checking out on that ...I'm still checking out myself on so many forums and sites if I come across people with your issue and how solved, I'll gladly be just posting... but try the above first,hopefully it works for you...

Don't worry about it, LiLChillyPepper. Thanks for the info, that may help answer some users questions. I personally don't use Discord so I wouldn't have known about it. It would be nice to get an update here, but I'm not in a rush... I just deleted my WW folder in Mods and am playing the game vanilla.

Agreed, Marie. It's not free. In fact, it's pretty expensive when you add it up. I don't think it's unreasonable for people to ask for an ETA. Nobody's being rude or complaining. Mostly, they are just trying to get an approximate time, so they don't have to keep checking Patreon. Either that, or they are reporting what is being affected in their game---just as WW's post asks them to do: "Errors? Exceptions? Report it!" I would have thought Turbo would find that information helpful in identifying what needs correcting... but then, I'm not a programmer.

Even an embarassed moodlet after an upload. We're not just in it for the money. We 'bout that action! ;-) I'm being patient, but I am also checking everyday, several times per day. I knew this attraction system would reek havoc on WW, so I ain't suprised that it's generating LEs. I just can't wait to see how the mod interplays with the new pack. That is going to be interesting...and I'm here for it.

As you are aware, the game was recently updated, but it will take time for Wicked Whims to be updated. In the meantime, there will be errors if you try to play anyway. The best thing to do is wait and not ruin your save file.

Might it be possible to add rings to the underwear? Noir and others have nipple rings that are found in the ring category, but they disappear when the sim undresses unless you give the sim the 'no underwear' trait. Adding rings to the underwear would let the sim wear whatever clothing they want and then reveal the piercings when they undress. Dunno if it's possible or if anyone else would like this, but maybe I'm not the only one. Thanks again for all you do!

I was scared at first and turned off the ww attraction in settings and tested on a new save with it turned on after installing Lovestruck,worked perfectly fine 🙃🙂, now I'm on it on my save , I've still backed up my Save files tho, because EA is still hot fixing and my luck might just slip off anytime...I'm avoiding things like strip clubs and sex party events for now to be on the safe side tho....

I guess it depends on fixes sometimes they do not effect mods in the way you think. I am sure Turbo is testing it all out at least 99.9% of my mods are working fine I just can't play with Wicked whims till its updated. Turbo has done an amazing job with this mod.

This new patch in preparation for Lovestruck quite literally bugged out all my sims that I set up with Attractiveness settings. Disabling the feature, at this time, doesn't do much to solve the issue. I wish I had opened my game up offline beforehand. Patch days can be such a pain.

Someone mentioned the cc beds and I hadnt thought of that until they mentioned it and I frowned so hard (because I remember when high school years broke the beds and I had to go through every build and replace the beds with in game beds.. it took me forever). Of course I could wait to update until sims 4 studio updates and fixes the beds for us because you know they will (and I love them for that) but if all my mods update before them, I probably wont because I will be itching to play with that new ep so bad. My mods folder has around 12000 items in it and Im also dreading this update. Looking forward to some of the bug fixes (yes to no more creepy foxes 😆) but not looking forward to the mess it will create. I imagine our wonderful creators are dreading it even more. I hope they know we 😍 them!

Having 30 clients + employees is definitely way too much for the game as the typical game limit is 20 Sims total. If you have Sims standing around, that could be another mod affecting their behavior, but it usually means that your game can't handle that number of Sims present at once.

i've had this same problem for a long time. you end up with all the girls walking half way across the map to meet them. from what i see, they get their actions interrupted from another autonomous action then just stop. some even are throwing dollars from the corner down the street. they need an anchor that forces them in the club before autonomy begins. the anchor to be designated like assigning lap dance spots. similar to the anchor nisa uses for her "special" girls

I'm not sure why, but with the new update, every time MY sim works out, they change into the nude instead of workout clothes. She has nudity level maxed out, but she doesn't have any nudity traits added. Anyone else having this problem? I feel like she just keeps choosing nudity over clothes. Like sometimes when she's sleeping she'll do it too even though I have sleeping nude disabled.

For anyone having issues with the searchable pose player add-on, make sure you're not using a UI recolor (dark mode, pink mode, plumbob recolor, etc.). After troubleshooting, I realized that the searchable pose player isn't compatible with these mods 🖤

Hey! Do you have other mods that are working? The two most common reasons for a mod not working is either that you don't have mods enabled in settings or that you placed WickedWhims files in a folder that is in another folder which prevents the game from finding the files because they are too deep.

I'm having a similar issue, but when my sims get rejected it says that the other sim rejected because their sexual preferences didn't match (other wording was used but I can't remember what it said exactly). What is weird is that both one is a lesbian and other is bisexual so they should be compatible.

Hey! It depends, if you haven't changed any sex settings in regards to gender then you're most likely seeing misconfigured animations. You can either correct them or disable them by Shift+Clicking on the Sims playing the animation. If you did alter sex settings then you might need to bring things back to default.

It's extremely important that you placed WW files either directly in the Mods folder or just one folder deep, otherwise WW won't work. Hey, I need help with installing a mod. I downloaded the mod, unzipped the folder, put it into the mod folder, and took out the files called TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script and TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package from the subfolder. I placed these files along with my other mods. I made sure to check my in-game settings and enabled script mods, then restarted the game. When I opened the game, the Wicked Whims mod didn't show up.

I agree and also interested to see how WW will work with the new pack. It seems like it could pose a challenge with the new features like the attraction system and polyamory. We've had these things for a long time with WW. I have a feeling they won't be as good or as detailed as TD has made them for us. I'm confident TD will exceed that challenge though. :-)

Hey! I wouldn't worry about 60k followers, the usual follower numbers are in 6-7 digits range. This just means you need to change up your strategy to grow faster. It's not about doing it frequently though, it's about doing it very well.

For sims hub, Is there a way to tune the amount of followers and subscribers you gian/lose per day? My sim skipped one day of posting to sims hub to focus on baking and then the next day he whent from having 60,000 followers to 0. Love the mod btw I literally can't play the game without it and I've been loving the sims hub feature aswell as the strip club!

This happens to me too. Its weird because if Im visiting my club as another sim (as in not playing it as the owner) it functions fine - its full of other sims enjoying it. But if Im playing as the owner and going during regular hours, this happens. The last couple real life minutes (or two or three in game hours) before the club closes it seems to catch up and acts right. I have literally started standing in the doorway and calling the people loitering outside over so they come inside or just straight up taking control with control any sim. My strippers and janitors come in by the way, its clients that spawn in and stand around outside with only three or four of them making their way inside.

When it happened to me it was a broken skin tester, that had auto applied and couldnt be removed. The tester was in the tattoo section but being broken and not removable in cas I had to find it and take it out of the mod folder. So check your tattoo section and see if theres a skin tester applied.

It's most likely a custom skin tone or overlay. The texture has nothing for the part of the image that covers the penis, so it applies-- nothing, which comes out black.

I had it set to 20 in the stripper settings. I think I might have barely had that many total, including the employees. Now, in the new new lot after about three days of not leaving the lot it started happening there too, and I'm running into something else. When I load into the lot while it's already been active a large number of employees suddenly stop being active and just go home. Loading in includes when I design a custom uniform for a dancer and finalize it. Additionally I've been unable to move household members to the active lot since the first club. So there's a lot going on. I'm going to take a break and not worry about it for a while. There is so much going wonky I have to assume it's a mod conflict.

No, the Wicked Attribute "Nudity Enthusiast" has vanished from the Wicked Attributes panel in my game. Not too fussed about it though. I'm still able to give it to sims from the shift menu or MCCC. I just find it weird that it bugged out like that. It may have something to do with the new Bimbo mod I installed, idk...

Nudity Enthusiasm is under Friendly/Wicked rather than just Wicked. Exhibitionism is under mischief/wicked. Unless you're saying that's what's gone away.

The issue, so far, seems to have been unique to that lot. But all types. Loiterers, Drinkers, Watchers and Socializers were all just standing on the curb. Occasionally one might wander in, or a Charmer would go out and drag in a Socializer, but for the most part they just stood around out there. I just upgraded again to the big fancy place I built, and for the first couple days it seemed to be working, but on day three they stopped coming in. I existed the game and haven't loaded back up to see if that makes a difference.

To be sure if that's what's happening, you need to take out all of the mods first and install WW with NWP fresh. If that works then some other mods you have are interfering.

I have a new weird issue with strip clubs that I don't know how to address. I had a tiny 20x15 club in Potters Splay, that I downloaded. Not a lot of space and not a lot going on. I got enough money to upgrade so I moved to Waterside Warble in San Myshuno, 30x30 downloaded off the gallery, Freezer Bunny Strip Club by Lola_Spark. I had to fix it up cause it was a lounge and didn't have proper poles. So I fixed it. Everything is functional, except half or more of my customers won't come into the building and my janitors won't throw out the trash. I cannot figure out what is happening on this lot to prevent or interrupt their desire to come inside, everyone just mills about. I'm concerned for what this means on my actual big club that I'm trying to save money for, that I built myself.

Okay, so I made placed a different version of the same sim in a new save file without the 'practice makes perfect' trait they gave out in the log in event and it worked like normal. I don't know if it was something with my old save or that trait, but that seemed to fix it. Sorry for cluttering your comments.

I went to give my played sim the cum slut trait, and I noticed that one and several others are not listed in the wicked attributes there. Cuck Queen, generous lover, and and several others that I don't remember the names of are also missing from that screen. If I go to give all sims those attributes - they are there but will not apply to my sim. I would submit a last exception, but I did not get one when trying to get these attributes for my sim.

I would love to see a fourth option for strippers that's just taking a break. It's frustrating having to constantly micromanage who is doing what because when a dancer gets tired they auto swap to charmer, even if you have it set to disallow them from choosing. If there was a way for them to go on breaks without changing their tag it would be awesome.

Id love that! I tried placing a safety first station in a club, lol. Basically just a table full of condom boxes and then have a sim I controlled try and pick them up but they couldnt (cant take unowned item). So, yeah it didnt work. A vending machine would solve that problem..

As long as you've downloaded from this very post, you should have it under your sims phone or on the PC. You can find settings for it under Nudity Settings->Simhub Settings. Including an option for enabling or disabling the feature.

There's an option to disable the panties collecting. Click on the ground or on a sim, then click Wicked > Settings > Sex Settings > Other Settings. I don't know if it's needed but I usually save the game after changing settings like that. Hope that helps!

Hey! Sims will only dance with the preferred sex configured in CAS, so that's already checked but if it's not configured as expected in CAS then I can't do anything about it. This is with the exploration flag being ignored. Sims with a partner are not excluded from dancing together because this interaction is not considered to be romantic or sexual in any way, just a night club activity. If a Sim has a partner then they will be prioritized when choosing one. An exception is for Eternally Faithful Sims which will only do it with their partner.

Hey. You have to first enable that functionality in Wicked -> Settings -> Nudity Settings -> Body Settings. Then in or out of sex you can click on a Sim to find that option under Personalization or Actions. In the menu for Penis Size Manipulation there's a special section for that purpose.

Okay, so it's a balance issue, that's what I would have rather learned in the first place. Buying points seems like a good idea, I should look into that possibility. For now you can use the ww.simhub_benefit_account cheat to get 999 points. They will get capped to a 100 after a day.

So a sim joins and gets +5 a day no matter what. You can't earn more than that a day. But to get the Premium Analytics option it takes 100 points. That's 20 Sim days. Right now, my Sim has 1.2 million followers, 19k subscribers, earns $ 18k a day but only 60 total points. And I haven't used ANY (except 5 because she got suspended randomly). If I got bonus points for the # of subscribers or could buy points, it would be easier. But my sim will be an old woman by the time she gets to 100.

Hey Turbo, I think I love you <3 don't tell my husband though, hehe no but seriously this is by far one of my most prized mods on all of sims if not my most prized mod!!!! May I suggest one thing that will help so many of us (if it can even be added and isn't too much trouble)? When I use WW in my game, I mostly make animation sets for my sims so when I do sex interactions I can use one of the animation sets that I set up from one of the amazing creators and it's all good instead of just random ones being used. I have several types of couples in my game. Anyway, I would love a search button when I am under creating playlists because it would make sim-life so much easier. No rush or no worries if it can't or won't be done, just a suggestion! LOVE YOUR WORK!!!! Thank you for even considering

Some of my sims would keep queuing up wicked activities - they would finish then immediately autonomously start again. I have saw them do that before but never with that much dedication 😆

I was thinking if there might be a way for a sim that has SimHub to unlock the possibility of having partnerships that include promoting Wicked Items? Hey! If installed the newest release but still see an old one in your game, old files were not removed. Figuring out how that happened is the issue now. Two common reasons are: - Automatic syncing, if you use something like OneDrive, it might be bringing back deleted files due to issues with synchonization. - Misplaced files, you think you deleted what you should but there are misplaced files elsewhere by accident that need to be found and deleted.

Lol, that's a neat twist to the feature. I had Sims whom I had previously experimented with marrying everyone and divorcing everyone on a ridiculous scale and forgot about. But had long since reconciled with maxed relationship bars and every other social status minus marriage. So I was scratching my head why some specific Sims had nothing but Whiff of Regrets.

Discovered the source of the “Whiff of Regret” outcome and it was hilariously obvious. Anyone who was married and then divorced from the sniffer returns the "Whiff of Regret" mood after a sniff. Remove the associated divorced flags and they return to "Scented Reverie" in their sniffing pursuits.

Hey. Invisible means that something isn't visible. The default state of the game itself is that teeth are visible so you leave it untouched, as you always did. If you decide to touch it, then you change to enable it.

Hheeeeyyyy.... I thought I was going crazy, but I just downloaded the new update, and noticed my Sim kids didn't have the privacy blur when showering or bathing. It does show when they use the toilet. I removed WW just to make sure, and it's there without the mod. I'm pretty sure WW made it go away somehow. Idk if anyone else has this issue.

Turbo by logic "animation_has_invisible_teeth" value 1 should mean it has it visible, this is how it perceived compared to other settings. So maybe it's worth changing something here? Either the setting name to change "has" to "doesn't have" or the default value from "0"to "1". The current default state seems a bit confusing to me.
