Act III work

I'm deep in work on Act III, but I'll likely do a mid-term build halfway between Act II and Act III. Apart from various bug-fixes, it's all about tuning Elsewhere (more monsters, more loot, more events, and improving smaller stuff like drop rates and probabilities.

Since I want to provide some additional content I also ended up adding a new friend game (Light of my Life, by Naughty Road: https://www.patreon.com/NaughtyRoad), and a new event with Katie and Bella (accessible from day 25 onwards).
