[CGMZ] Scan

Hi all, today we have a new small plugin: [CGMZ] Scan!

This plugin adds a scan skill to your game. This will allow you to scan an enemy to get current hp/mp info. It can also integrate with [CGMZ] Encyclopedia and Bestiary to discover an enemy.

MAIN FEATURE - SCAN SKILL

Designate a skill as a scan skill. When used, this skill will provide some information about the enemy it is used on, such as current hp/mp and any flavor text assigned to the enemy. You can also use this to discover the enemy in the [CGMZ] Encyclopedia and Bestiary. The skill is set up just like a normal skill in the database. Below is a gif preview of what a scan skill might look like: 

 Currently, actors can be scanned and the game will not crash and will try to proceed as normal, displaying everything that makes sense for an actor, but the plugin is not really set up for them to be scanned right now.

Please note that this plugin is still in Alpha and has quite a few planned features that will be added in future updates that were not quite ready for the initial Alpha launch. These include:

This update adds a new parameter for actors and enemies similar to my other plugins where you can select what info displays and in what order. You can also break up the scan by clearing the previous info and waiting for user input before continuing the scan. Which is another new feature: the option to wait for user input! This was very heavily requested, and so now you can tell the scan to wait for user input at any point in the scan.

Additional data is now available for scanning from enemies. You can add enemy drop items to the scan, as well as enemy gold and exp drops as separate line items. For now, scans do not integrate with other [CGMZ] plugins for things like custom currencies or extra drops. However, it will integrate with my other plugins in the future.

As a minor feature, you can now use %n to split the flavor text up into new lines. Due to how the battle log window is coded by default, the typical new line text code was not working very well.
