2024-12-19 10:01:11 +0000 UTCI went to that LA show, and there were a good number of 30+ y.o. Carats reppin (me, included). Seventeen is a veteran group, so the majority of the fans aren't much younger than the boys. You'll see a bunch of older Stays and fanboys at the Skz show, too!

Its also a relief how the stages and venues become bigger, cause that means we've worked hard with them and are now to actually buy our own tickets to see them!

2024-12-18 04:25:07 +0000 UTCjun and the8 both are chinese, they did not speak a word of korean when they flew there as kids. they had to learn the language while they trained. they only spoke and still only speak chinese together. they had a peace of home away from home within eachother.

The first ever break they had together was NANA tour and I'm glad you guys will watch that next, to see them finally resting and having fun (with cameras on ofc lol) hopefully they get to do another getaway with no cameras and just relax. Thank you guys!!

2024-12-17 07:16:38 +0000 UTCThe foreign line of SVT is Joshua and Vernon (Korean-American), the8 and Jun (Chinese). It's honestly endearing sometimes to watch them because they have mentioned before that the reason they haven't lost their fluency in their mother tongue is because of each other. (except for Vernon of course, he was used to both languages since he was little.) But going to a foreign country and spending ten years speaking another language without many chances to go back home can be stressful. It's fun sometimes, too. When they don't want other members to hear them when they're playing games in Going Seventeen, the8 and Jun would speak in Chinese secretly.

2024-12-17 05:27:13 +0000 UTCI’d say the age demographic at concerts is wider than you’d expect. When I went to their NY stop in October, there were less teens and more 20 and up, but multi-generational for sure as there were a lot of older adults (35+) as well.

Oh maybe in part because Joshua was still learning korean and maybe as a group they were taking english classes so he was talking to them more in that language. That's just something I've been wondering about lately; he's seemingly changed alot from predebut to now.
