I really hope you guys react to season 3 at some point, I know season 2 wasn’t everyone’s favourite (personally I didn’t mind it) but I feel like season 3 is so much better and it gives the closure of the whole show. Also people have been requesting uncanny counter for ages and I agree, it’s a good show and it was my first K drama. I also hope you guys check out Gyeongseong creature, it has the FL from my name.

2024-01-19 12:51:22 +0000 UTCThis season was too boring!! The pace was extremely slow, too many pointless storylines and useless characters, it felt like a completely different show compared to S1. I remember in S1 a lot of the side characters in the apartment complex were genuinely funny and they added to the show. Here, apart from the soldiers, the mad scientist and Sara, none of the side characters in the stadium did anything noteworthy. It was just too boring, there was no need for 8 episodes, they could've cut everything down to 2 or 3 episodes to make it watchable. Anyway I'm glad sweet home is back and I will be tuning in to S3 with you guys lol I hope it's better

It’s sad because he’s going to be enlisted into the military this year after finishing both Sweet home season 3 and this show My demon.

I didn’t like season 2, and from the 1st episode. I call this a Filler arc. CGI from ep 1 was terrible, it can be forgiven with a good plot, and humans behaving worse than monsters was a very good shift on the starting episodes…. I loved that. But after that….the plot just evaporated. They just gave us a bunch of nothing, I stopped at ep. 3 for long time. Stretched my eyes until ep. 5…. Tried to go back and rewatched but I gave up again by ep. 3…. And just continued with you boys… and even so I was coming to the reactions mostly for support. People saying from the beginning that the excuse for us that didn’t like the season was because main character barely showed up or because most of the 1st season cast died (I’m sorry but that was a bit delusional). The season was not good like that, is not because there’s gonna be a season 3 that you’re gonna excuse the lacklustre bridge construction of season 2. That indeed was the main excuse of this season. Too many pointless characters and scenes that didn’t help the already non existent plot. I don’t mind new characters, it’s good…just make them make sense and align. The underground community was just there, it could’ve been so much better, the lady “Sarah” was just there waiting to be meaningful. They could have condensed in a few characters that could have driven the plot and still kept the suspense for what was coming….or to be honest joined a few of this eps with “season 3” and that was it. (If season 3 is gonna be that good, where everything pops off, the series probably would be better with just 2seasons). Homegirl tomb rider was pushed by “plot”. They tried too hard to keep her relevant and bad ass until her brother showed up. Too much screen time to be following her around with her plot armour. (Giving again, filler arc) She could have done SOMETHING, nothing happened, neither with her or pretty military boy, who was ruined by “romance”. Same síndrome has MVP from all of us are dead. His character disappeared completely and was just there for fangirl effect. And his colleagues didn’t even cared about him like that. But I still liked the military and the hiding symptoms. Should have keep focused on that and the lab, going back to the lab or somewhere to find answers, maybe a new military leadership and a cure, little adventure on the way there, the kids and the perspective of being born and growing on that predicament, firefighter, and that was it. I did wondered at the beginning if that monster stealing clothes in the first ep was the girl that walk around with heels. That would’ve been nice….. I also liked the character development of the kids a lot. Mother/daughter conflict too. Sorry for the long rant…

The fact that the og squad, apart from ballerina, had so little screentime whole season throw me off. I still have high expectations for season 3 cause the plot is still very good

2024-01-17 22:53:43 +0000 UTCIm not sure if u guys caught on but at the end when the gangsta revealed who he was to the mad scientist he revealed that he was the firefighters husband, thats why when the gangsta saw that man in the glass he was acting weird and looked like he was about to kiss it coz that was his original body, then when he saw the firefighter on the floor next to the glass he didn't do anything he just looked at her almost in a pitiful way and then left. then at the end when the gangsta broke the glass with that same body of the firefighter's husband on the mad scientist thats when he said i was ur first test subject and hoped u would recognize me in my new form basically. what i think is, the firefighters husband who was the first test subject coz obviously he is the one who first got infected and came up with this theory of being curse but i think he couildnt take the pain anymore when he was tested so he went out of his body into the body of that guy in s1, so it was never really ui myeong (the guy who wanted sweet home to be a monster fully) it was always the husband, and then obvs the guy ui myeong died and then he went into the gangsta's body. I hope that was explained well x

2024-01-17 22:48:32 +0000 UTCi think with most of the main characters dying makes it realistic in the sense that i guess the story was never really about them but the monsters and in an apocalypse like this there is no main character anyone can die. but the way they died was not even by monsters and that was iffy. but i guess again it shows how people become selfish and obviously this a warstate kind of setting so if not by monsters then by injuries or smth is realistic.
