Challenge Class #3

Bikram Yoga 30 mins. 

This class is restorative. You will gain mobility but please do not go past your edge. There is a reason to do everything twice and when we do 30 mins, the postures are only done once. 

If i did not start with this yoga, I would not be running today. There IS a way to do it correctly without your ego involved. Mind and body awareness at its best!
