Late to the party but just have to say, the bigger you get, the more haters you’ll attract. So Im don’t get too distracted by some of these manga readers who feel superior being in a position where they know more than you and get annoyed when people figure things out for themselves. There are toxic people in every community but just know that most of the time it’s a vocal minority

Hey Im, I was just curious/interested if you had any thoughts about how Hitch had described Annie that you perhaps hadn't gotten to. When she was talking to Levi squad about Annie, Hitch said that "I doubt she had any friends, being as gloomy and aloof as she was. It's like she was a kid afraid of other people" (You could just address it in a future video if you do have something you say)

Well, I've been reading the manga since 2013 without breaks and I figured out by myself as well. I'm not a member of any SnK community (except for this one), so I'm probably part of the minority like him.

Originally Isayama had written Armin's parents to have died during the gigantic suicide expedition to Wall Maria at the start of the series (the one where his grandpa was sent to in 1x2 of the anime). He then had it modified through the anime into the timeline we know of and made the necessary adjustments in the manga afterwards (including the chapter corresponding to the 3x2 torture scene). Roughly 5-10% of people figured out the couple Sannes killed were Armin's parents back when the chapter was released (from reading through the discussion threads of that chapter dating back 4-5 years ago). That stat seems to have held up as Filmbuff was in the minority to figure it out on the anime only side as well.

I'm pretty sure they don't say that the couple are Armin's parents in the manga either, but when you read it, you just get it, and if you don't, it just means that you aren't paying attention or forgot about the book or his quotes about his parents leaving.
