Changes to Patreon Goals

Hello all, heard Patreon was getting rid of goals, for some reason. I removed my goal from here a few months ago, the 75 patrons for The Reunion 2, as the benchmark could never be hit and held, and when I put it to a vote about what large Star Wars project I did next, others came out on top.

I had hoped to introduce some new goals in the coming months but perhaps it’s not meant to be. I’ll still have them, numbers to reach and projects to do when achieved, but if Patreon is removing the feature it won’t be “official.”

As for the Star Wars project that was chosen in that poll last year (!) the Clone Wars What If? I haven’t forgotten about it, but man has time not been nice to productivity. I set out to start the new year with the goal of a page a day or every few days, to get its first part complete by March at the latest, only for that to fail to materialise.

The project is still there though, written and ready to draw, it’s just that there’s other things that spring up and got in the way. While I do make plans for works and have a backlog of ideas, very often I can inspired to draw something new at the drop of a hat. If I draw a new Mon Mothma picture in the next day or so, you know that is the case lol.

I think productivity has been low on the What If? project as no one has really asked when it’s coming, and that’s because no one apart from myself really knows what it is lol unlike the Rey comics and the Qi’ra story, which I teased for years with artworks and mentions. But soon, once I get the ten or so others planned out of the way, we might start to see some stuff for it.
