Life Update, Escaping Hiatus, Emergency Comms Open!

Another life update; these last few years I’ve been taking care of my sick mother, hence the extremely sparse uploads and slacking off here and there. As of last Friday she passed away, leaving me to pick up the pieces and pull things together. Considering I put my life on hold these last 5 some years, there’s a lot of pieces to pick up to get things moving — writing is one of them. I’m hoping for a return to form and regular uploads so long as I can find a job that doesn’t interfere or emotionally and physically drain me too badly.
For the moment, however, bills are coming up and money’s extremely tight. I will be opening up emergency commissions, and commissions will be returning indefinitely. Anything helps. Hoping I can make it over this initial hurdle and things can be smooth sailing from there on. Appreciate anyone who’s stuck around this last year+, hoping I can return to form this coming year and provide regular uploads again. I really do miss writing, it's just been hard.
