Announcement of New Tier Reward - Prompts!

Prompts are back in a revised format I think I'll find much more manageable and able to co-exist alongside my commission queue. These will be for the $10 tier+. Every month I'll make a google form, which will get pinned to the top of the page, where eligible Patrons can submit upwards of 3 prompts. I'll pick two a month to do guaranteed, and maybe a few more when the mood strikes and I need to kill some time! Check out the membership options for more if you're interested on the details!

Why $10 instead of $5?

I went back and forth on this a lot, actually, but ultimately it came down to a few things. Prompts at the $5 tier make it way more accessible, meaning the delicate juggling act of trying to make everyone feel like they're getting at least their moneys worth becomes way more stressful and way harder. The only real remedy to that is to produce more prompts per month, which ultimately means less content that I want to make and less time for stuff like commissions. I feel sort of bad to price these at $10 because I think it'd be more fun to give more people the opportunity, but that's just how it is.

What title should Ahri demand Riven address her by?

Note on their dynamic; it came to my attention Ahri is six inches shorter than Riven. Goddess feels very appropriate for an ego-driven bully hateship like this and would probably add more characterization. But I also think Ahri being 5'5 to Riven's 5'11 makes it way more humiliating making Riven address her by "mommy" if only because of size differences alone.

Everything else in their dynamic is the same from the OG; fox bullies the bunny and the bunny gets turned into the fox's anal slut. You get the gist.

Figured I'd put out a poll and get a feel for how people would prefer the distribution of Erotomancer!

The two big options are uploading each chapter here in a collection and risk incurring the wrath of the ToS as we go, and potentially having to nuke everything down the line, or hosting the links via a Discord channel as they're uploaded.

I understand maybe not everyone wants to join the Discord, I enjoy our little community but it's not for everyone - especially not an NSFW Discord - so this would be your chance to let me know!

I wouldn't necessarily say majority wins here, if a substantial amount of people vote that they would prefer Patreon and not Discord, I'll still give that consideration.

Addendum on the Exclusive Patron Work!

Obviously no upload came around last Sunday. Admittedly didn't feel inspired by the original plan I put forward, regarding Nazarie and an academic setting, so I said screw it. I'm gonna be writing it long-term, why start with a shaky foundation? I'll be returning to an idea I cooked up forever ago for a different format and reapplying it here!

A world where everyone is gifted; the Nexus we are each born with, the very core of the soul, dictates that with which we are blessed with - a path, as unique as our own DNA. Some are born with the ability to ignite the air from their fingertips, others the ability to weave water like silk. Bianca was born with the peculiar gift to link another's Nexus of others to her own; to share her reserve of mana with them as freely as air. All it takes is a signature; a contractual agreement where one willingly submits their free will into her care, giving her total dominance over their very lives. In return, however, she must fulfill their deepest and truest desire in earnest.

It is with this power that Bianca has a simple aspiration to achieve; to lord over the underworld of Kagone. It would be nothing short of a miracle for a girl with no combat prowess of her own - the city is ran by the Five Lords; gang-rulers who operate from the shadows, controlling the industry under an iron fist through money and brute force.

How could a lone eighteen year-old girl ever hope to reach such heights, let alone overtake them?

Hopefully this is something interesting! Aiming for a somewhat bleak mega-city setting with moments of cozy reprieve in the dark with some lite litRPG elements as well. We'll see as we go along. Polls will be geared towards the development of supporting characters and the creation of new ones with plenty of room for side-story one-shots and similar fun!

Will be getting the first chapter out this coming Sunday instead, aiming to bump up the weekly wordcount to about 5k as well as I set aside weekends to work on this little project, but not trying to overpromise either.

Life Update, Escaping Hiatus, Emergency Comms Open!

Hello again! Been awhile. Another life update; these last few years I’ve been taking care of my sick mother, hence the extremely sparse uploads and slacking off here and there. As of last Friday she passed away, leaving me to pick up the pieces and pull things together. Considering I put my life on hold these last 5 some years, there’s a lot of pieces to pick up to get things moving — writing is one of them. I’m hoping for a return to form and regular uploads so long as I can find a job that doesn’t interfere or emotionally and physically drain me too badly.

For the moment, however, bills are coming up and money’s extremely tight. I will be opening up emergency commissions, and commissions will be returning indefinitely. Anything helps. Hoping I can make it over this initial hurdle and things can be smooth sailing from there on. Appreciate anyone who’s stuck around this last year+, hoping I can return to form this coming year and provide regular uploads again. I really do miss writing, it's just been hard.

Currently need to raise around 300 this coming week to keep the roof over my head, and likely more in the week after while I job hunt. Anything helps, contact email is fumi.fiction@gmail.com

Small Update

Hey guys! Been a rough couple months for me. Sometimes I forget not everyone's in the Patreon Discord and I really should make more direct updates here, which is my fault.

To clarify the situation (feel free to jump past this preamble); my mom had a pretty bad fall back towards the end of May, she's 65 and already struggles to walk, but wound up refusing to visit the doctor. I mostly tried to ignore it though continued to insist she see a doctor due to her walking slowing considerably and her eating significantly less. Towards the middle of June did eventually agree to go due to her pain being so bad she was unable to even stand up off of the toilet, so I called 911 and they took her. Being real I've never lived on my own before though I'm largely independent already, but it was a bit of a shakeup to begin with. They discovered she had a broken rib and she wound up being stuck in the hospital for two weeks, followed by more x-rays and then transferring her to a care home while she undergoes physical therapy. She's been there since early July, so I go to see her quite frequently and that takes up a marginal amount of my free time currently. I will always put my close family first (and my upload schedule is already fucked anyways, regrettably).

Unfortunately however with more x-rays they've discovered that she has cancer. It's in the spine and it's progressed to the liver. This news has been devastating for me. I've had some time these past few weeks to come to terms with it and the fact that this is just natural progression in life, as my mom has seemingly accepted it and insists that she's lived a long and good life. They're apparently discussing chemo currently with her and doing more tests to see if it's even a viable option at all at this point. They think she's well enough to return home physically after therapy (with an oxygen tank) but currently we need to make some repairs to our home (and potentially move altogether due to this place being, frankly, a sack of shit.)

I think that I'm ready to get back into it but things may be touch and go for awhile from now. My schedule will unfortunately still be spotty and my mental state dubious at best but I'll try to do what I can.
