APRIL Update! IMPORTANT

Update on the messaging.

After a good night sleep, I came to better solution on my messaging issue. My original plan was to hit it all in one go to message everyone, but there were way too much flaw in the way I planned to do it. The overall process would be too complicated and too long. 

It didn't make me sleep well knowing that I could not deliver the content for the months you gave your support. 

I brainstormed a new messaging system that is more manageable to do. I will be creating a master google document that contains the links for the month you pledged to. With this google document, I will be able to send it in a group message. (Don't worry, this won't put you in a group message.) This process will allow me to send out the links for the comics I created and plan to create. This will make sure everyone has access to the comics for the month and tier pledged to.

I plan to do this incrementally, one batch at a time. I will begin back at January 2019 and work my way up to today. This is a new system that I want to implement to make sure everyone gets the content.

Giving up on this made me feel like a shitty/shady creator. This was not my intent. It will take time to create and send out the links. I find this a better solution than just dropping my responsibility as a creator.

How this will work, for example, if you pledged in January 2019. I will send out the links with the comics for that tier to the group of patron supporters. It's a little more complicated since I added the new tiers around July 2019. 

In regards to the months I paused pledge charge, those months will be grouped with the previous months. I paused pledge charges on August 2019. Meaning August 2019 will be combined with July 2019. I paused pledge charges on November 2019, December 2019, and January 2020. These three months will be grouped with October 2019. I resumed pledge charges on February 2020 which will mean new content will be created for these months. If you pledged during any of the paused months you will be messaged for the previous month I did not pause pledge charges.

Comic Production 

When I implemented the new tiers in July 2019, my original intent was to create 1 comic story per tier per month. So I would be basically creating 3 stories every month. However, given my production history, I haven't been able to hit what I intend. I set this standard because I know it's possible to do. There's just some things I haven't  thought thoroughly. 

BUT! I am constantly striving to improve my workflow and I believe I can do it. Over these past months I have found ways to create the renders faster and it will allow me to see how much I produce on a day to week to month basis. It's difficult because I don't account for times when I am not able to work. I need to account more realistically what I can produce. I am setting this standard of comic production goal as something highly important because I know it's possible.

Changes to Comic Public Releases

All the public comics I release are in HD resolution (1280x720p). All my patreon comics I available to you are in Full HD resolution (1920x1080p). There are several other perks available to you which are the wallpapers and turntables. Voting in polls is a perk too, but I haven't been able to do much recently. I plan to resume voting when I have the time for it.

As of now, I have the LITE tier comics available to the public. CORE tier comics are available to the public, but only half. PLUS tier only shows a smaller preview of the comic to the public.

I want to change some things. CORE tier comics will now be fully available to the public, but released one year later. This will be free to the public, but also keep in mind that it will be downsized to HD resolution (1280x720p). You will always have the Full HD resolution (1920x1080p) in both PDF and CBZ as well as have access to the work when completed.

I want to keep the PLUS tier comics exclusively here so there's no plans on how I release the public preview on this.

One thing that has come to my attention is I know that not many people use Patreon or dislike subscription based services. I plan to sell to other places if I can. This way there are more options to read the comics besides having it only on Patreon. I'll give more thought onto this when I plan to proceed.

As of now, when you sub to my Patreon, you get access to all the content I created. I want you to be able to read the stories I create and not have to be access to the older comics. I want to create a catalog of comics that has the various themes and genre for readers to enjoy.

When I decided that I wanted to create 3D comics with these type of fetishes, I was just a reader interested in these fetishes. I want to give back what I can to the community with similar interest. My priority will still be on creating content for my patrons. You guys are awesome because you help my financially be able to do this creative journey. Your support is what allows me to constantly improve what I do. 

The gears are turning slowly. One step at a time. Thank you for your patience when things are going slow.

April Update

I need to get my messaging system set up. It's all manual work from the looks of it, but it seems to be less painful than my original plan.

Pledges were charge which means content will be create for the month of April. It won't be created right now. I plan to create it and send out the links accordingly once my messaging system gets implemented into my workflow.

I've talked about the cloud links previously. I have an internal struggle of choosing one over the other, but I'm thinking of sticking with both Google and Mega cloud storage. I want you to have easier access and more options. It will be harder to manage the content on both cloud drives which means I'll just need to create a better workflow system for that as well.

I'll take time to send out the links incrementally. One thing I did not want to do is spam you with multiple messages in one day. However, the way I plan to send out the links is over a period of time. It will slowly be released month after month until I am caught up to where I am currently.

This way I am not neglecting sending out the links and will focus on creating comics. I see this as a better solution to get things moving.

Comic Plans

I must get through with the comics I have now that are in the work in progress state. I'll be working off the list from the google sheet so you can be updated on the progress I make. I'll try to update my trello board as well. 

I plan to develop the current stories I have developed now before I consider making new series. Once I get through with the comics I need to do now, I'll plan out February, March, and April Comics. The delayed comics I promised to make will be grouped with the October 2019 group. But these will not be new series comics. In regards to the 100 Patreon Supporters Milestone. I give more thought into how I plan to make that.

I cannot promise anything. But I will give my best to my capabilities to catch up on all content.
