2023 In Review

Just a little bonus post for my supporters this past year. I've selected one photo from each month for your enjoyment.

First up is Sara. We shot together in January remotely. She is coming to America next year and I hope to schedule an in-person shoot with her.

Next up is my friend Kristi. She and her partner spent the winter at a Utah ski resort and she asked me if I wanted to do a snow shoot. We met up, and It was just at freezing when we started shooting.

Bellatrix is a friend of a friend who contacted me and asked if I was available to shoot with her. I agreed, and the three of us met out at Redstone and spent the afternoon shooting.

Riona and I shot a remote shoot from Zoi Morgan's studio in the Netherlands to my house in Nevada. Riona retired after 2023 when she had a baby boy.

Marie contacted me and asked if I would be interested in shooting with her and Raven while they passed through Nevada. I agreed to meet them at the cement plant and we spent a couple of hours there.

In June Naya and I shot remotely. She is one of my favorite models and can speak a little english. She is very fun to work with.

The year wouldn't be complete without a shoot with Anoush. We met several years ago on a UTadventure Tour and hit it off. We regularly work together. This shoot was in July.

Jessa Ray contacted me in August and said she and her family (husband and 2 boys) would be mini-vacationing in the Tetons and wanted to know if we could take a day and shoot. I agreed. She hiked out 7 miles, we shot, and she hiked back in 11 miles to meet up with her family who was camping in the Tetons. An iron woman for sure.

Kristina and Naya know each other in Moscow. I asked her if she would be interested in a remote shoot, and she agreed. She doesn't speak english and I don't speak Russian, but we managed to create some great photos.

Red headed Rachelle and I had shot remotely several times and I found out she was going to be leading a photo excursion in the US in October near Las Vegas. I asked her if she wanted to meet up and shoot. She agreed and we spent a day out at Redstone with her husband. She is a very tiny woman, 4'11". She just had a baby boy in November.

Artemis and I shot in December from her vacation spot in Lanzarote to my home in Nevada. Artemis and I have worked together several times. You'll see a lot more of her and her friend Carla in the upcoming days and weeks. She is a hoot to work with.

I almost left out Verronika. We shot together out at Redstone when she was traveling through Las Vegas. She and I met on an Exploregon Adventure Tour and have worked together a few times since then. She lives in Oregon but travels to Vegas regularly.

This is my way of saying thank you to all of you who support my efforts. I hope you all have a Very Happy New Year. There's a lot more to come from the 2023 In Review Series before we embark on the 2024 Year In Review series so thank you all and stay tuned.
