Preferences on Comic Layout

I have been considering about creating comics in portrait mode like traditional comics and manga. Landscape is more optimized to read on larger screens such as desktops because it's naturally in landscape view. Portrait is optimal for mobile device, but they also have the ability to view in landscape easily. Both layout have different reading experiences.
Certainly, portrait and landscape has their pros and cons, but I do want to experiment portrait mode with Clip Studio. I'll most likely experiment with it in the Free Tier in order to have consistency with the current stories.
(I obviously don't have any portrait comics to show right now so it's hard to tell how I'll do, but I've seen some amazing comics and I want to create those reading experiences. Probably do another poll in the future to see which format I should focus on... OR I could probably do both and have the best of both worlds lol :D)
So, do you prefer portrait, landscape, or both?

Yes, thanks for the clarification. I won't be doing it in manga format where it reads right to left. It'll be in comic format reading left to right, top to bottom.
