As far as I'm aware, all the reported bugs are fixed, although there may still be the odd 'comment not defined' message that I've missed. If you find anything major, please let me know.
0.4 savegames 'should' work, but only if they were created before the end scene of 0.4. Saves from after that point, or from 0.3 or earlier won't work.
