She doesn't look overtly lovecraftian but its hard to kind of do that with the 'mother of monsters' theme, but it's also just her default form and in the actual text it'll be more chaotic. Also, she's younger than she looks and the reason she's so curvy is because she's a fertility/motherhood goddess.
