Great News! πŸ™

Take care of your health. It is serious! (Great news)

Guys, some of you ask me to keep you informed about the health problems I've been experiencing.

A while ago I had problems with my liver (I still have fat in my liver but it improved a lot with the diet and I no longer have those horrible headaches). Then I had back problems (I don't have that problem anymore). And a few weeks ago I went to the doctor to treat a problem that I had had for a few years (some type of prostatitis). Yes, a few years ago and still for some reason I didn't go for treatment before. This doctor examined me and asked me for some tests. I thought I might have a big prostate and maybe something worse. For a long time I felt a lot of burning, discomfort, fever, etc... but due to various circumstances I lived with it for a long time.

Before coming to work and live here at the farm, I was an athlete my entire life and I was always in excellent health. But after the work here at the farm ended and I had been sitting for more than 5 years for 12/14 hours a day practically from Monday to Monday doing illustrations, my health deteriorated a lot. During these years I felt increasingly worse both psychologically and physically. Extreme fatigue, lack of physical vigor, lack of memory, lack of concentration, lack of libido, loss of muscle mass, accumulation of body fat, sadness, depression, lack of hope, no longer having pleasure in doing things that I used to enjoy, etc...

Things happen slowly, silently and we get used to them and look for justifications. I thought I was feeling this way because I didn't play sports anymore, because I sit all day, I was getting older and mainly I thought that my lack of physical vigor was because of the inflammation in my prostate that I had been carrying and putting off until go treat.

Well, today I went back to the doctor and the tests came back. My prostate is not big nor does it have any signs of cancer and it is healthy. After the first consultation when prostatitis was found, I took five days of anti-inflammatory medication and I am taking 15 days of antibiotics and will take them for up to 21 days. The inflammation has practically gone away, I no longer feel that feeling of fever and discomfort. But all those physical and psychological symptoms that I thought would go away are still here and I didn't understand why until I saw the blood test.

My testosterone is 0.82. Yes, you didn't read it wrong. 0.82. Just to get an idea. Reference values range from 300 to 400, the minimum acceptable.

I was very scared but at the same time I was also very hopeful. Because before I thought I was already resigned to the situation and had forgotten who I was before. But now I hope to feel well again after treatment.

Suddenly everything I've been going through in the last 5/7 years became clear.

I don't want to take medication or do any type of hormone replacement, at least not for now. As I'm not elderly, I'm not obese and I have a good level of health, I'm going to try to stimulate testosterone production naturally. With physical activities, good nutrition, vitamins, etc.

I'm really, really excited. Because now I hope to go back to being who I once was. Someone full of life and with many dreams. And make sure this will be reflected on the page.

I am very grateful to all of you. I'm only able to take better care of myself these days thanks to your love and support.

Hello Weasel. Thank you very much for your attention and also for the class. I'm sorry, but I ended up getting confused and typing it wrong. The correct value is 82.20 ng/dL. Of course, it is still very low. But at least that number doesn't give me a clitoris like 0.82. I went back to the doctor yesterday and he asked me to redo this test. I'm going to take the test the other week after I've finished the medication I'm taking. I will keep you informed. Thanks

Okay, that points to a low level, but I still think 0.82 is a lab error. Testosterone levels are measured in two units: ng/dL (nanograms per deciliter) and nmol/: (nanomoles per liter), depending on the country. The average for adult males Is ~250-1000 ng/dL or ~9-30 nmol/L, and the average for adult females is ~5-50 ng/dL or ~0.3-2.5 nmol/L. I just can't see how they measured 0.82 in either unit. Based on the reference value you listed, they seem to be measuring it in ng/dL, which means they stated you have 10 times less than the female's lowest testosterone level. You stated you were once athletic and you work on a farm, which suggests the level they measured cannot be correct. Even the content you're creating on this page likely requires you to have more testosterone than they measured to even have the urge to make the content. At 0.82, it would seem like you wouldn't even have a sexual libido at all, no sex drive, and indeed no drive (other than income) to create sexually related content like you're doing. And if it truly is that low, that would seem like a serious problem with your pituitary gland or hypothalamus, or you don't have testicles, which, obviously, you can check anytime you want. If the boys are still down there bouncing, 0.82 is just utterly unlikely. Females produce testosterone because, during development, a stage pops up where it's time for the body to determine whether you're male or female; if you're male, here are your testicles; if you're female, here are your ovaries, but even the ovaries produce testosterone at higher levels than you've been given.

Hello my friend. Thank you for your interest. It's been a few years since I've had morning erections.

That definitely sounds like a lab error. A normal level in a female is 15 to 85. Do you get morning erections? That's one sign that points to you having a normal testosterone level.
